Went with my friends and the cashier messed up our orders. Also our fries were stuck together and cold
It was about 9pm fries were cold n saggy...cheeseburger bun was saggy there was a long wait don't know why it was all cold n saggy.
I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I ordered three sandwiches two sodas and a side of fries. One of the sandwiches with no bacon and I made sure to repeat that I cant have bacon on it. They charged me for four sides of fries and they charged separately for the drinks the sandwiches as well as the fries. We tried to be nice and not complain about it. After we started eating we realized that the sandwich had bacon on it. When we went back to replace it no one was willing to help and they charged for the replaced sandwich. I waited for it for more than 10 minutes and no one came out. I ended up leaving without eating at all. I definitely don’t suggest anyone to go to this certain location.
Came here last week for breakfast and they told me their oven was broken. Came back today and ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit. Got home and they forgot to put the chicken on it, literally just gave me a biscuit for almost $4. What a joke
We like Wendy's french fries and the Wendy's Single Cheeseburger. The coffee was fresh and good too.
Literally just left, 4 cars in line ten minutes with no movement.Inside the store is empty with one kid sleeping in the corner, another picking his nose and another who didn't speak English.Wake up management, your store needs help.
They have alot of commercials saying they're fries are better and not soggy but so far I've gone they're twice the fries were soggy and cold the first time and the next they were hot but still soggy.
Dining room was closed due to covid staffing shortage. Which is fine, but why not put a sign on the door telling people?
