There’s both girls working there and gold girl with the purple hair was kind of stringy rude she even asked me what kind of bread I wanted or nothing they asked her for the new series they came out with and I strictly asked her Italian herb and cheese and I gave her the coupon she has all we can’t use those Hass to be the list that’s on the cooler in front of you and I looked at her I said listen I want chicken with that not beef or anything else due to the allergies and she didn’t put too much sauce on my search what I asked for seems like she was in a kind of hurry but she seem awful awful rude to people that were behind me also and I asked her to put lettuce and tomato and she’s like oh OK in a snotty rude way if they don’t like their job then they shouldn’t get hires I have coupons in the past and I coupons I used it before with no issue now there’s an issue makes no sense I want my money back or I want sandwiches said I want off that coupon
The woman with glasses working here was EXTREMELY rude. Has issues and attitude with answering simple questions. No sense of understanding hospitality and customer service. If you where confused or she did not hear one of the items you wanted her tone would get very tense. Doesn’t seem like customer service is a good job for her. Young man working was very helpful, very nice, felt bad for him since she would push him out of the way just to get annoyed at customers. Otherwise, place very clean, good sandwiches.
the obese white female with glasses seems to be miserable and giving attitude to paying customers. Further, she is abusive towards her own coworkers - should not be in a customer facing role. she is not wearing the mask appropriately even though subway has a mask policy! Horrible customer service . To the obese white female with glasses - if you are unhappy, pursue things that will make you happy. Don’t spoil everyone’s day with your attitude .
I go to this store for convenience and staff are friendly, though my visit today they are out of sweet peppers. Now i stopped going to windsor lock store cause of this. The mngr there told me its upto each store what they order for vegies. Have noticed there is less and less of choices for vegies. Hope this is not a trend. Other than that i do like it, especially now that rappino soccer player is off their commercials.
Today i made a pick up order online and wait and came in the store and my sandwich havent been made yet and yet wasted my time i order a chicken bacon ranch and they wanted to charged me extra for bacon since its a chicken and bacon ranch dont feel like ordering here again
Today I had a bad time in the store the lady who attended me was rude and not friendly, she treated my little niece badly, she was rude with my (Latin) accent when speaking English, I think the golden rule of Subway is "The client is right", it is the first time that I have been treated that way, the attention has always been excellent until today, I always go there to eat with my family.
Very bad customer service, I do not understand what it has to do with the fact that the lady who attended me does not speak Spanish, that is, she discriminates against my English, I felt offended by the way she treated me.
My gift card wasn't working, and I checked before I went & I have money on it, she wouldn't help me, and just kept saying "it's not working, you need to use a different payment".
Place is clean. Food is good but severely overpriced now. Staff is friendly.
