I don't come to this location often however the few times that I have, the service has been hit or miss. I spend at least $20/visit and they always mess up at least one part of my order. This last visit, the ingredients of the sandwich I ordered, were just thrown into a bag. The coffee I ordered looks and tastes like coconut milk and sugar with onions. Not a typo. Starbucks is not a necessity for me, so I will not be wasting my funds or time on it moving forward.

Every day I go to Starbucks and get a venti shaken espresso with a splash of heavy cream and cinnamon, pretty simple and I never have a problem with it. Today I go to Starbucks on Hazard ave where I mainly order from and notice there was a little bit of espresso at the bottom and the rest was filled with heavy cream. I shook it to see if it would help and it turned white. I went back in to explain and they said they would make a new one. I couldn’t believe it, they didn’t fill the cup all the way!! I didn’t ask for no ice or light ice, I just said there wasn’t a lot of espresso in this and it was mostly heavy cream. So now I paid almost $6 for a coffee that’s not even filled up? I’m so confused. Aren’t the lines on the cup so you can measure? I live in CT, work in MA and have been to multiple Starbucks between both states and always get the same drink and never has this happened. How can you charge someone for a venti and not fill it up? I got ripped off and I will never come back to this location again.

Just like every Starbucks employees are great i don't like the drive thru just weird ?

Very pleasant experience! Although we are avid Starbucks goers we never felt the need to write a review, however Nate at this particular Starbucks was phenomenal. He was fun and obviously cares about the whole experience for his customers. We will be back to see him!

Very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

After a very long week, I decided to take my family out for brunch at Denny’s. After waiting ten minutes without a greeting or acknowledging that we were there, I left. I decided to stop by Starbucks to get my family something to eat. The store was packed with people, but the staff was very welcoming, and we had our sandwich and tea in no time.Kayla, you and your team did an amazing job!

Fast service, great employees. New store not as busy as the other one.
