The individual working this morning is extremely rude, no customer service skills at all, acts like your inconveniencing her by coming here.
I'm more of a Dunkin person. Starbucks isn't as good in my opinion.

Great coffee and specialty drinks using unique roasted beans. Offer a variety of treats, snacks, and sandwiches. Quality is consistently good and service is fast and friendly. The holiday craft drinks are always a treat.
Drinks weren't very hot at all, a luke warm at best. The lady at the counter with tattoos, short brownish hair, and wearing her own clothes, seemed very disinterested and moody. I genuinely felt like I was annoying her. One of the customers purchased a frappuccino and it was watery. Like a slushy, not a thick frappuccino.
