Quick service, food was hot and cooked perfect. A bit $$ but well worth it. A nice mix of healthy portions of food. The bread is amazing and love the fact you can buy fresh bread there. Going back again today!
this is a nice Panera. so much wonderful seating indoors & outside. never had any problems with the food or ordering. kind staff!also has a drive thru at this location!
It was good. She had pick 2, chicken wild rice soup and a half chicken avocado sandwich.I had a grilled chicken sandwich, with chips and diet pepsi.
I ordered the strawberry poppyseed salad, which I was looking forward to and it came with 1 strawberry cut up.I will try wendy's salad next time. I'm sure it will have more strawberries on their strawberry salad.
I ordered chef special chicken sandwich and a chicken teriyaki bowl. The chef special chicken sandwich was extremely dry and tasted old and the chicken teriyaki bowl ended having plastic in it which resulted in me having to throw my food away. I called the store to talk to a manager and there was no answer the line said that it wasn’t in service at this time. I spent 23 dollars and didn’t even get to eat or enjoy my food. I’m highly disappointed in Panera bread on every level especially because I’m still hungry
Typically I always have a great experience. But after today experience with them not seeming to care about an wrong order that was delivered, it's putting a very foul taste in my mouth in regards to their service or caring. No empathy just excuses. Even gave them an easy way to solve it and they refuse to work with me. Unfortunately thia is my home location in Hadley Mass, closet to my work.
This is nice and modern panera. Would love to sit and eat here.
I ordered a ice moca latte was given an moca ice coffee. I orderes 2 bagels toasted was given the wrong bagels. when i got my order the cinnomon crunch was missing completely. Lastly no briosh rolls for breakfast. kind of frustrated considering i paid almost $40 for my order. at least the store appeard clean and the associate was pleasant.
The food is always good. Don't bother with the kiosk to order. It's quite a hassle.
Good decently clean food for not too expensive. Bathrooms and tables in the dining area were kept very clean at this Enfield location.
