Figured I would give Moe’s a try again after I got very sick years ago. Not much has changed except I didn’t get sick this time. The food is average at best. The bowl I got was decent but the chips were stale. Save your money and go to Chipotle!
This visit was awful! Even with 9 employees, the wait was long, the food was cold. They messed up my order. It was filthy. No soda in self serve machine. Trash overflowing the bins
Had a great meal with my friends from out of town.
My mistake was to go here on Cinco de Mayo. It was mobbed. But I ordered my phone online 3 hours in advance and got here at the scheduled time to pick it up. It was not ready. It wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. I wasn't the only takeout customer to experience this. But the staff was apologetic, they took my name and number, and I took my order home. The food was delicious. And that evening I got a call saying I would get a full refund! To me this exemplified integrity and excellent customer care, and I will definitely return again.

ordered 2 home wreckers on the mobile app for pick up and when we got home the amount of food in our bowls was absolutely pitiful.. not to mention, toppings were missing from both and one bowl had cheese on it which was specifically not ordered due to a dairy allergy.. so that bowl was wasted.. one bag of chips also had about 10 chips in it, just enough to barely cover the bottom of the bag.. slimy customer service, because we weren’t there in person they feel like they can screw is over??
Puke on the floor, they knew about it as they put out a sign. Condiments bar a disaster. Don’t know what happened to this store as it used to be good, not any more. Last few times here it has been a bit dirty, but today sets an all time low. Staff seemed completely distracted and really did not seem to care. Won’t be back.
Date night at Moe’s..When on a budget turn to Moe’s fir some yummy Mexican food. The thing I like about this restaurant is seeing what you ordered being made. The other night I had 2 Soft tacos with hamburger, cheese, lettuce, onion and sour cream.. Mm mmm delicious ? Everything ends with taco chips and your choice of sauces for them. A awesome place for family’s and a quick meal for two.
Horrible service. Food was terrible. I was out with friends and we love moes and never went to this one. Do not recommend it to anyone.
So slow, not enough help, out of items, completely disorganized, dust on food line. Used to go every week. Doubt if I will again.
