3 for 3 on missing food from our order. Ridiculous wait. Food is sub par. Place has gone downhill a lot. Used to love it. What a shame. Currently in my driveway waiting for the rest of my food. Now you know why you got a poor tip.
Portions are large & so worth the $. Chicken was excellent (general tsos & sesame)!

This place has been my favorite Chinese food in Enfield for ages! Lot of food for a good price. Food is quite tasty. Staff is friendly and they take COVID seriously which is nice.
Just moved to the area in July! We had already ordered from here about 3-4 times. Customer service has been okay not the best but not really rude. Buuuutttt not sure who answered the phone the other day but he was incredibly rude. I hate that it completely ruined it for us. Customer service is so important to us and this guy didn’t have it. His tone was tacky and he kept cutting me off to talk to someone else. Totally understand if it was once but it was at least 3 times in the short phone call. I was clarifying something and he got irritated. So no thanks, will find somewhere else.
Lots of good food for a low price. It is clear that this place takes COVID very seriously, to the point where they have the entire customer area sealed off from the kitchen, and customer use an intercom system. Food is handed to the customer with a double-flap system, to minimize contact. That's fine, but it was difficult to communicate with the woman taking our orders, because the mics were over-sensitive and the speakers were low quality.
Combination with pork fried rice had about 1 tablespoon of pork in it. The lo mein had chicken cut into very small pieces. I have never seen this before. Definitely not what's expected. I definitely don't understand how this place averages 4 stars. The taste was BLA, BLA,BLA. I would refer to it as ?
The food is always great! Fresh and hot when you get it! My husband is very picky with his food but you guys never fail him! Also the portion sizes are great! You guys are the only place we order from in Enfield because everywhere else sucks! Thanks for being awesome
