Today I went to jersey Mike between 1:00 and 2:00 pm I order a regular number 3 the employee they was so nice they ask me how I was doing I told them that yesterday I got some fantastic news that I'm in remission and they was so happy for me, and got my sandwich after I finish i went back to order 2 more a number 3 and a number 8, was a nice, fantastic, friendly atmosphere thank you so much God bless you always
as someone who has worked for JM in Derby, CT for years, these past two visits at the Enfield location (my current town) has been lacking something and disappointed me. last night, there was no evidence of any oil and vinegar and generally it'd be dripping just a tiny bit if it did on my type of sandwich. the bread was the same size as the mini i had recieved today. the mini was the size i remember it's supposed to be. Not to mention, the roast beef was not the "made fresh daily" beef that i was taught to make, and as it only being barely 1130 am, i would expect some type of red to pink in the beef. It was lacking any color and was more than likely the same beef from last night. I wasnt upset about it last night, as i'm sure the beef was sitting all day before i ordered at 8 pm. But, at 1130 am, i expect it to be dripping in blood a bit. pretty upset, and most likely will go back to only visiting once a year. wish it wasn't like this.
Ordered two simple sandwichs online. Decided to get pickles added to one and both pickles and jalapenos on the other. I have a 40 minute drive. Upon getting home neither sandwiches had anything but the absolute basics. They wouldn't do anything about it but tell me that they could remake it. But I'm not driving another 80 minutes back and forth when I have to work. Pretty bad experience. But the subs were alright regardless, leaving them with an extra star.
I have been to multiple jersey mikes locations and can say that all of them are very clean, serve consistently good food and the staff is always friendly. When I am in the mood for a good deli sandwich or a hot steak it chicken sandwich this is my go to. I eat here usually once a week and would highly recommend.
The food is good. However, waiting in store for 30 minutes after placing an order 30 minutes prior is not acceptable. In what world does it take an hour to make a sandwich? I understand the store gets busy, but these times are simply unacceptable.
Went to this store. Jersey Mike needs to work on their wait time for hot subs. There shouldn’t be three people working on to go orders ( seems to be prioritized) and only one on the grill. I waited 20 plus minutes for one sub not including the time waited in line to pay.
My first time there. This exact location in endfield ct. my sister and her friends recommended the place. I ordered a jersey shore sub. It was not only given to another costumer but the staff took the one left behind as they played with the register and handled other sandwiches, the third person to open what turned out to be my sandwich they threw some stuff in it. And gave it to me. It’s the most disgusting thing I’ve had to watch. Not to mention I refuse to eat it. It looks like it was take. Out of a trash can. That may be good for them. But when’re I’m from this place would be closed by the health department!! Never will I step foot in any of these locations. FYI. Everything these women ordered came all wrong as well… way to go… I’m sure you will be in business for long!!!! Gross!!! Don’t go!!!! Board of health violations all over!!!!!!
The sandwich I received was everything I hope; delicious and the employee who was slicing the turkey was so nice. I live in Springfield, I will be returning.2/16/2022Are you or have you given any thought to opening a Jersey Mike in Springfield MA.? Give Subway some competion. Competent and friendly employees; that's a win win in my book. Great idea.
Very good grinders. Been there three times. Probably the best grinders in the area. Will go there again.
Best place to get a Sub. The Staff here is fantastic. They are friendly too. The Food, is out of this world.
