I will never order from here again. They got my order incorrect. I called them and asked them to deliver the correct order. They demanded the wrong pizza back (which is no problem). They refused to deliver it. The girl on the phone was rude so I told them I just wanted a refund. Upon arriving They couldn't figure out how to refund my card. So they decided to give me cash. They tried to hand me less than what the pizza cost. So I had to explain to them what I paid for using their own menu for visuals (they still couldn'tunderstand). The young "lady" behind the counter started swearing and acting very unprofessional slamming money on the counter. My suggestion to the owner hire a staff that 1. Can do basic mathematics and 2. Remember these people represent your business. They can make or break it for you.
We are not normally people who write reviews; however, this pizza and wings were so bad, we needed to say something. We don’t know what they did to the pizza, but the crust looked and tasted like cardboard, with absolutely no flavor. The wings (mild buffalo) were so over cooked, the were barely edible. The chicken was like rubber. Needless to say, we threw most if the food away, along with the menu.
Place is horrible. Ordered 2 grinders and the meatballs were nasty and bread was soggy. Other was a chicken cutlet..chicken was way over cooked, bacon was almost $4 extra and it was horrible tasting and off colored. Hopefully this place values its customers and closes the doors for good before someone gets really sick and sues them. Never again
Ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches and a small cheese pizza, when they came the “pastrami” sandwich had nothing in it but meat. No lettuce, tomato, cheese, nothing. And the meat didn’t even taste or look like real pastrami to me. And I know what real pastrami taste and looks like, maybe it’s imitation or I don’t know something else, but it’s NOT pastrami. And not only that, it was suppose to come with soda because it was a lunch special and didn’t come with soda either. Never again will we order from here.
My family and I have lived in Enfield for a year now. We came across this pizza place. We've ordered atleast once or twice a month. Today I called and seems like the lady that answered the phone was very aggravated. She was pushing for me to get off the phone I asked a question about a tip for the driver. She told me to put it on the receipt. I wanted a contact less order. When I went to explain she hung the phone up on me while I was still speaking. ? I spend very good money in this shop to be treated like a nobody. This is definitely the last time. Thanks
This review is more for the management of this establishment then the general public.Yesterday I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza which the website clearly stated was $14.50. When I arrived, I was told the total was $20 and some change, I mentioned the fact that the advertised price on their website was $14.50 and offered to load the page the show it to them. I asked if they would honor their advertised price but they refused.Let’s face the facts, the pizza is bland, slightly overbaked, and generally sucks. There are much better options in town such as Angelo’s, Baco’s, Pizza Palace, Lulu’s, and a few others that are excellent. I typically only went to Enfield Pizza because it is cheap. For one, if you are not willing to honor your advertised price, that speaks volumes to the customer service. Two, if you’re going to charge the same as Baco’s or Angelo’s, I’m going to go to either one of these because their pizza is full of flavor and loaded with toppings.I don’t want to be that guy, but I will not be returning.
Very good lunch and dinner offers with salads.Grinders, Pizza, Fish and Chips, Chicken and Chips and many more..

They are clutch. I have always had good service and good pizzas ? . The price is good as well. Always end up with a soda too
This was one of the worst pizzas I have had in my life. It was so bland, overcooked, barely any cheese. It was just gross. We got a pepperoni and a cheese. You can’t mess those up and somehow they were. This was beyond bad that we don’t want to eat it.
