Bad experience. They try to run the game on me and dem failed lol. Will give it another try later and update this review based on that.Hopefully they take this as a learning experience and improve service and food and drink.. cause all three are bad now.That Latin girl was not good at all. Absolutely the worst in town. The coffee is ok but the customer service is horrible!
If I could give it zero stars I would! I've been going here for the past few weeks almost every day on my lunch break only because it's right near my job but every time I go it's an extremely long wait which I can understand during these times however their attitudes and lack of professionalism is in serious need of adjustment! The young girl was working completely alone so she had to lock the front door but there was no sign and nobody knew why it was closed and her attitude about the whole thing was awful! I wouldn't want to work alone either but at least put a sign and be somewhat respectful SMH The manager is really need to step up and step in
Placed two orders. Both orders were wrong despite them asking us several times and us having to correct them. Still got them both wrong.
Coffee rolls and French vanilla swerl have now gotten the belly bulge to where I can't see my toes anymore and I guess I'm not American anymore cause I can't run.
Not worth it what so ever. Went to do an on the go order the food was done but not the drink the said the order was picked up and just didn’t seem to care

Service was fantastic!! I placed a large order at the drive through window and was told to park and wait.Two young ladies brought out everything including stuff I forgot to ask for!!Great job!!

This is the best Dunkin' in Enfield. The staff is always on the ball if it’s 5:30 in the morning or 3 in the afternoon. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. I do wish that they would bring back the butternut doughnut, but don't hold it against this location. I understand that was a corporate choice.
