This is one of the better Dunkin locations I’ve been to. They’re almost always really friendly here.
This place is disgusting. Owner tries to sleep with the employees and customers. Not to mention they can't get a drink right to save their lives. Completely unprofessional and dirty. I feel bad for some of the girls working here other than the manager and assistant manager who do their own shady stuff and condone his behavior. Most don't last there long unless they're in on the activity.

Horrible customer service. I went to ask for my order and the employee didn't even make eye contact and threw the bag at me. If you can't be nice then don't work in customer service. I felt pretty bad afterwards. Sometimes you are having a bad day and don't need someone else that should be doing their job acting rude like that.
Had the literal first coffee of the day out of this place. Couldn't go back to get my drink remade. Tasted like something was expired. Or it was so strong that it was Literally undrinkable. Very fast line at least normally.
Just ran through, frozen coffee doesn't taste good, girl was super rude, didn't say a word even after I said thank you 2x, not a word, just nasty looks, will not be returning to this one.

Not great food or service at this location. Very inconsistent. Latte are not made well often taste burnt, or flavor not put in. Food thrown together.
