I gave them a four because the staff are always nice. The company needs to teach the staff how to make better drinks.

Worker likes to smoke cigarettes right in front of the drive-thur. I don't want to smell it , smell like it or have an asthma attack.
i worked here and i have never been treated so unfairly and been so disrespected and used up at a job that pays minumum wage (not even mentioning all of the extra tasks that I did for the lazy terrible managers).by far the worst dunkin to have any affiliation with, whether your a customer or employee.it is much more worth it to go across the street and waste a few extra minutes of your time and a few extra dollars at starbucks…
I luv all there new food.I only have one complaint is when it's all the friends working 2gether,don't order something hot.There is one Amazing young lady Kara who is so fast,friendly& never emberess I if u bring the wrong cards to pay with.She patintly waits
Waited 15 min then found out they gave my sandwich to someone in the drive through when I was inside. Total disorganization. People need to read labels! They could have at least offered it free at that rate.
No customer service. Messed up two very simple coffee orders. The employees get upset/rude when you bring back the coffee to be made the way you ordered it. Please give these employees some proper training on customer service.
Absolutely amazing.. another Dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me as I didn't want to go back to the one that put the coconut flavor shot in my cocoamocha latte (for those that don't know a cocoamocha latte is mocha syrup topped with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle)when I walked in I was happily greeted by Vic. I asked if there was anyway she could remake it for me , she said absolutely. Kerri came over to let me know they didn't have oatmilk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead I asked if it tasted like almonds and she said no it's more of a vanilla flavor then almond and she asked if I wanted to try it to be sure I said yes please. She was absolutely amazing. Her and Vic both did an awesome job even with my slight attitude because I was upset... This is now my go to location. Thank you ladies. Your kindness made my whole morning. See you ladies Tomorrow!!
One of the worst stores in the area. The people behind the counter are rude. The parking lot and sidewalk was completely iced over. Not a drop of salt was used here except in drive thru.
