The food here is very good. It doesn't look glamorous on the outside or inside but the food is well worth the stop. Very reasonable pricing as well.
So I’ve gotten plenty of orders from them but always just pizza. Usually the people on the phone are rude but that’s whatever. That doesn’t bother me. What bothers me is when I ordered an Adult chicken tender meal, and when I opened the box I got chicken cutlets cut up. So I called the restaurant and the first girl I talked to said that’s how they’re tenders have always been. Then she passed the phone to another rude chick and she said they ran out of tenders and that she just wanted to get the order out. She then proceeded to tell me she either had to tell me they were out of tenders or just send the order out. I then told her I would’ve preferred that I was told they had no more tenders and I would’ve picked another entree. However she then cut me off, and said exactly “well it’s the same chicken I don’t understand what the problem is”. I’ll tell u what the problem is sweety, when you order tenders, the customer expects tenders. If u go to a steak house and order a filet mignon then get a ribeye then be told “well it’s the same meat I don’t understand the problem”, no one’s gonna sit there and say “oh yea ok!” No. This place is horrible. So just a FYI if u want tenders make sure they have tenders and not chicken cutlets! Smh
Danny's never disappoints..always consistent and not pricey. Pizza ...chicken ... mozzarella. We have eaten here once a month or more and keep going back... The employees are just great
Hit or miss. My last order was late for delivery and incorrect. While I called and told them this, they acted like it was my fault and told me they would call back once they reviewed my order, which didn't happen. I'm done with Danny's. I prefer Giovannis or Family Pizza in Windsor.YES, everyone is shorthanded and mistakes happen, butA business should NEVER act like you're inconveniencing them by asking to get what you paid for.
I have been ordering from Danny’s pizza for about 15-20. Food is consistently perfect. Danny is a wonderful owner and runs a great business!
This place has great food with all the classics! Everything seems to have a special touch to make them that much more delicious! We plan on coming back many more times and I recommend you do too!
Asked for a well down cheeseburg grinder I 5 mins down the road made me wait an hour and a half for a raw hamburge grinder never going back
Tried to call and order pizza. Got a recording that said their lines were busy and to try back later. 15 calls later (no exaggeration) still getting the same message. Not a good business practice. Finally ordered from somewhere else. Owner responded that "he's not going to apologize for being busy". NOT the point. You need a better phone system where customers can be put on hold
Sometimes they're a little slow with service, but they are worth the wait. The food is always delicious! The staff is friendly and pleasant to speak with.
Really good grinder rolls. Had a meatball sub and it was delicious as well as some crispy french fries. Will definitely be going back.
