I normally love Chipotle but this time they were out of just about everything and what they did have looked days old... chicken was over cooked, no steak, no lettuce... plenty of rice and some beans. Usually so much better.
I decided to give this location one more shot. That was a huge mistake. The management here does not care at all about their customers. I’m shocked that corporate is letting this go on. They are not friendly at all and act as if you are bothering them. Multiple people behind the counter but only two working. The portions are horrible and just ridiculous. Half a scoop of food and you have to ask for more. Which then you get an attitude. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!!!
Everyone who works in food service knows to wear gloves and a hair net while handling food. I just left chipotle and the lady on the grill cooking wore no gloves. While she swapped out the pans on the line, she had no gloves on. Reaching over peoples food with no gloves nor a hair net as her hair is hanging out of her hat messy and wild. That’s how people get sick, it’s not ok nor sanitary. It’s disgusting to be honest
Ordered a bowl and quesadilla for delivery and the bowl was half full and the quesadilla was half the size of the one I previously got at a different location. Don’t waste your money or time
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and coming back a second time but the Enfield store is just dirty and disgusting the employees of sloppy when they're making your food is all over the side of it!!! You couldn't sit at a table because there was food all over them and all over the floor. I'd rather go to the one in West Springfield and take the drive
Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is sometimes the rice is overcooked. Other than that great place to get takeout
Placed six orders and every single one of them was wrong. Like, not even a little wrong — every meal was so far off, it’s like the staff intentionally went out of their way to make sure there was no overlap between what was ordered and what was put together. I’m pretty astonished at the level of incompetence here.
Have not been to this location in Enfield in quite a while and I can tell you that I will not come back again. They staff seemed indifferent while placing order and then They do not take cash! What?! Who the heck doesn’t take cash? The soda machine we were told had no ice. That’s fine because every time I’ve gotten a fountain drink I don’t get ice be cause the beverage dispensed is cold enough. Well not here. It was warm and un-drinkable! They should have said it was “out of order” cause that is what it was. Who the heck drinks warm soda?!?! I will never make this mistake again. Save yourself and your money and go elsewhere.
I absolutely love the bowls. There is a great selection of items to put your bowl together. I like..brown rice, steak cuttings, blk beans, cut up tomatoes with sour cream Now, I want one!!
I love chipotle, but this location is horrible. Worst customer service. They won’t refill the toppings as requested, if asked they say they are out of it. I’ve faced this three times, will never come back again!
