Place is a regular sport bar, food is great and happy hour too, they have been struggling with the staff for a while now due covid, service is slow... is you don't like loud places avoid this place
This place is amazing. Went on Thursday, and had an awesome time. Our server Megan was fantastic and made sure we never had to wait for drinks. Had the Flatbread pizza and fried pickles. Great time
Horrible service, my friends and I arrived at 6pm and happy hour stops at 7pm, the waiter gave us our waters at 6:15pm and did not return until 6:50 to place our orders, one of my friends ordered an espresso martini and they served it with a fly in it and did not remove the drink from the tab, all the food came out cold, another one of my friends got a patron with lemonade and said it was the worst patron and lemonade he’s ever had. Finally my bill came and I put down 50$ as my final pay and they charged me an extra 2$ on my card for no reason. Horrible place I will never come back and I have yet to get a response for the extra charge on my card as they do not answer the phones.
Great food, awesome waitresses and bartenders! Highly recommend checking this place out! Tons of TVs for watching any sport your heart desires
Horrible service, my friends and I arrived at 6pm and happy hour stops at 7pm. The waitress gave us our waters at 6:15pm and did not return until 6:50 to place our order, which we missed out on happy hour. I, myself, ordered an espresso martini and they served it with a fly in it and did not remove the drink from my tab. The food came out cold, another one of my friends got a patron with lemonade and said it was the worst patron and lemonade he’s ever had. Me and my bf met there and always suggested it, so we took our group of friends and were highly disappointed. Also the waitress was flirting with one of the guys ACROSS another guy friend, made him so uncomfortable he moves seats in the middle of it. Don’t think we’ll be recommending for a while.
Came to Chicago Sam's because it's a good mid-way spot for my friend and me. We've been coming here for years. I was a little bummed there were no seats at the bar, but I get it. March Madness. I waited for a few minutes to be seated and with COVID, the tables are spread out for safety. Totally cool, but I was seated at the furthest table away from the rest of the place which felt a little weird, but it's on me for not asking for a table a little closer to the rest of the people. Server was attentive and we received our apps quickly. Food was tasty as always and beer was fresh. Good times.
Food and staff were excellent !
Called to place a to go order. Was told on the phone they no longer take orders over the phone, I had to come in place an order and wait or order online. Their online menu does not have half the items I wanted to order. I explained this and was told "that's or policy." Disapponting and unhelpful to say the least. Who wants to go in tk aplace order to go and wait 30 mins?
Decent sports bar with a lot of TVs so you won't miss your team's game. Variety of beers on tap and in bottles. Bar food, appetizers, and sandwiches are all on the menu. Good place to hang out with friends, enjoy a few drinks, and watch a game.
A friend and I came here, it wasn’t bad. Great selection of draft beers. We ordered a couple appetizers. For 6 beers and 2 appetizers bill came out to about $70 mostly alcohol. Bartender was very sweet and accommodating. She got a great tip. Definitely will be back.
