Never have a problem. Food is excellent, hot even when I do delivery. Everyone is always friendly.
I called to complain about quanityof food. She was rude and hung up on me. I have been a regular since day one.never again.i'd starve first.
The owners and staff are always very pleasant and take the time to accommodate are special requests. The food is always fresh, cooked well and delicious! The delivery is convenient and comes within a timely manner.
We ordered a take-out dinner from this new-to-us restaurant-- because "our" extremely good Chinese restaurant is closed, due to fire.Pickup service was prompt and courteous. Prices were very reasonable.For us, just the worst Chinese food of our adult lives (we are in our 80's).High 'cornstarch sauce' content in 3 of the dishes, surimi in fish soup had a strange, decaying flavor. Most of dinner went down the disposal.Hopefully, this was an "off" night for the establishment..One hesitates to leave such a negative review, but...

ordered chow mein got a container of barely cooked onions couple small pieces of celery and ONE FRICKEN PIEACE OF BEEF for $10 goddamn dollars ?! if you guys are pinching pennies that bad and cant put the ingredients i paid for in the food WE PAY FOR close your doors! i WAS a regular
This place is wonderful! The employees are kind and courteous... they are NEVER closed and a wonderful restaurant /take out option! Thank you Asian Grill!
