ordered beef soft tacos but received all chicken hard shell tacos

I happen to be around this neighborhood and drove by the drive thru to pick order on a go smooth order , food was good the lady by the window was good with the service

Don't do the drive-thru when they are busy, unless you feel like driving back. We ordered two steak quesadillas today around 12:30 PM. When we started them, we found the steak lukewarm and the shredded cheese still cold in shredded strings. Disgusting. At least if you walk in to eat, you can open the half-cooked food to show them and ask, "What the #@*%?!" We will not be going back to this one. Go to the one on Main Street, they don't throw the food at you and forget the drinks like a school cafeteria on this Newton Road dump.

Order accuracy has been non-existent the past two times. Have been overcharged twice due to this. Had to charge back once already because I got charged for somebody else's mobile order. I'm rarely ever given a receipt or proper utensils either. Don't come to this one as they will probably steal from you too.

The manager on Sunday nights is rude. Every order i do for door dash says they have had missing items i wish i could give 0 stars. The staff other than he are helpful and working really hard.

I have absolutely no idea where to beginEvery time I'm there the dining room is always unkempt, the bathroom always looks like a frat party ran through it.The managers are always arguing with the customers over simple fixes and the wait times and order accuracy.On my last visit there was yelling coming from the kitchen and it seems that the management doesn't know how to treat their staff as well. A lot of customers noticedIt shouldn't take nearly 20 minutes for an order to come out especially with an empty dining room. Then in the drive through it takes about 20-35 minutes, but even with that about 75% of the time the orders come out with missing items or missing/extra ingredientsSomeone needs scrap the staff from this one or retrain the staff as a whole because this is ridiculous

Fairly quick service considering the time (about 10:45 pm), but most importantly, the order was accurate!
