I usually come to this taco Bell location a couple times a week and I'm usually met by this rude Caribbean guy in the drive through. Always saying a second is too long.Tonight I had a very delightful visit!This guy (I think his name is Jason or Nathan) made my night, he made sure my order and my experience as a whole was a pleasure.The restaurant was clean and my food was hot fresh and delicious.I definitely recommend this location!
If someone says to put something on the side, it means to put it on the side not still leave it on the item.. my son could have passed away due to his allegeric reaction… I know you guys have limits to how long it takes to make each meal but take your time for GODS SAKE!
Nathan the manager was very rude and unprofessional Does not have good management skills if it wasn't for MARQUEL we would of gave 1 STAR!! MARQUEL had better Management then Nathan in a stressful situation this young man (Marquel) would be great in Management I've been a project manager for over 15 years and he has that leadership mentality ?
Service was quick but the food was cold.
Lost our mobile order then took extremely long to get our order when we used the kiosk. Took about an hour and a half in total just for them to mess it up.
It’s the food - it was just disgusting and sure enough I ended up getting horribly sick afterwards.I got the burrito supreme and a Doritos taco, and everything was both cold and mushy and had a strange taste to it.I’m going to report them to the health department and they should be inspected. The staff seemed ok but I felt like were horsing around all night and leaving food out for too long and getting customers sick.Disgusting. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves.
Remodeled, clean, well maintained with great bathrooms, friendly staff. High class and high tech Taco Bell. Food was good. What else could you want from a Taco Bell?
The overnight staff is terrible. The late night staff. The manager is fat white guy is extremely rude doesn't know what he's doing. And not only did I wait about 35 minutes from my order when I got to the car the order wasn't mine. And I had already started to open it and I tried to go back and exchange it and he wouldn't exchange it to me. One of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had
This Taco Bell is outstanding! Kervin I was the best manager I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. He helped me find my wallet after I left it behind at the location and went out of his way to contact the phone number inside the wallet so that I was able to communicate with my family and retrieve it. He returned it to me very quickly and made sure all of the contents inside were safe. In addition, Kervin’s restaurant is extremely clean and the staff were all very friendly and delivered orders in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your help today Kervin, God bless you!
