Non American the lady didn't even know how to make a American hero bad service over priced ripoff
Terrible customer service they let the phone ring for almost 10 minutes then told me to order online, I told her that the app wasn’t working and she hung up.

The women that work there are very rude and not helpful and very pushy.
As much as I love Subway in general, this place definitely spoils the experience. I used to work for a Subway, so I know for a fact that 3 tomatoes on a 6” doesn’t warrant ‘extra cheese’ charge. Very disappointing. They charge you here for extra cheese and extra meet if you ask for an extra slice of cucumber. My husband asked for 2 scoops of tuna on a side and they charged extra for a full 6” turkey sandwich. I think they make it up as they go. And service is horrible, not friendly at all. It’s almost like they are upset you came in.
Food was so delish. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, I'll be back. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

They really need to work on how fresh their products are and the amount of meat they put on the sandwich. I asked why their lettuce wasn’t fresh the said it’s the same thing as fresh when you could clearly see the lettuce isn’t fresh. Onions looked like they only cut the edges of onions
