Every time I have gone the customer service and speed are great.
Rip off. Ridiculous price for hot tea and cold drinks which consist mostly of ice.Over-compensated management.Never again.
It's a cozy place. The employees are friendly. However at times they seem a little stretched thin with the high drive through traffic they get. When I was there a pickup order was delayed for a customer because of that.
Drive thru didn't prepare the correct order then we waited and got a different order aka I wanted 10 creamers and 5 stevia's but got way less cream and stevia, yuck!!!!!

Scones nice and warm and coffee spot in. But they do not put out cream and sugar for your adding.
Always friendly staff there. I love the caramel macchiato with an extra shot of expression. Also I love the ham and cheese croissant.

Conveniently located along Danbury’s main commercial strip. There is a drive-through, and/or customers can pre-order through Starbucks’ app. The store’s interior is clean, with merchandise attractively displayed. The tables al fresco show some neglect in cleaning. Parking in the lot out front, with space for around twelve cars. Efficient staff.
