Peter Sinapi arrived in the US in 1966 (before I was born) and brought his Sicilian hard working spirit and his secret for tomato sauce and pizza etc. His tomato sauce is medicine.I drove 45 minutes from my hotel to eat at this place again after dinner there two days ago.A huge thank you to Dan, I owe you.
I love Sinapis. The pizza is great but my favorite food is the Gorgonzola salad and garlic knots. I can just order a large salad and be happy, it is always fresh and crisp. The garlic knots ruin all other knots, no one can beat Sinapi’s.
This has got to be the best pizzeria in Connecticut! When we moved here from New York I had accepted the fact that my pizza culinary experience would never be the same. But interestingly enough, tucked in an almost unassuming corner is this gem! I can honestly say that this pizza is just as good, if not better than the pizza I've enjoyed from Arthur Avenue in the Bronx or Supmoni Gardens in Brooklyn!

BEST SLICE IN CT!!! I am from NY and recently moved to CT and Sinapi’s is my go to ny style pizza place. The food here is absolutely delicious and never disappoints me. The staff is also a very friendly family and is always so helpful.
