Fast seating, very nice waiter who was friendly and knew menu with suggestions to help. Food was hot and tasted as good as it looked. On average about $20 a person. Remember to tip your wait staff appropriately. Crystal was the manager on duty at the time and stopped by our table to check on our experience so far at that time and was such a sweet person with such a happy disposition. She also came up when we were leaving and wished us a safe trip back to South Carolina. Felt like home with the southern hospitality?. By the way there is handicap parking, entrance and restrooms available. Children welcome, highchair available and children's menu.
It was a decent experience as this was our first time at the Danbury location. The food was prepared in a quality way as it was worth the time to visit this location. We will probably come back to this particular one if we are in this area again.
Jeffrey was our server and he was outstanding I ordered the endless shrimp I was able to try the pair aisle shrimp the garlic strips scampi, the whiskey were shrimp and what’s famous shrimp. The biscuits were insane the french fries were soft but crispy my daughter enjoyed her food my mom‘s burger was ginormous and absolutely delicious.
They serve it really fresh. Food was so hot and so good. I think this was one of the better redlobsterd I've gone to.The parking lot is free but small and the coffee isn't bad at all

Eldrige was amazing!! He is the absolute best! He has food esp & he will make you laugh until your cheeks hurt. He went above & beyond! So glad we got to meet him! Thank you Eldridge! We will definitely be back!
Our server Marco was wonderful, we had the endless shrimp & it was all delicious ! I tried a cocktails called lobster punch, it was awesome ! Thank you !
Food was so good and fresh and the staff was great.
The server was kinda rude the lobster wasn’t that good plus I got a salad and I asked for chicken she gave me salmon. She should’ve came back and said there is no chicken, she asked if I wanted to take it back but I said no I’ll just give the salmon to my mother and I did and I had the salad but it said balsamic dressing that dressing was super lemony it did not taste like balsamic and she brought us the bread once the food came out and we asked her for ketchup multiple times and she wouldn’t bring it until later and I asked for another food she said okay then came back to tell us that she would have to charge me for the salad plus the steak just because the salmon wasn’t on the salad which I gave to my mother because I didn’t ask for the salmon, we asked if she could at lest only charge us half she couldn’t even do that even though it wasn’t my fault it said balsamic and I love balsamic. Never in my whole entire life would I write a complaint but today it was awful plus the steak wasn’t even cooked properly there were still some raw parts! There wasn’t even a lot of people in the parking lot to say that it was full not even there was only 4 cars
Worst experience!! Usually go every week never had a problem but this time our waitress just disappeared took our order brought our appetizers then our meal by this time we where both out of drinks and my husband had no tarter sauce with his meal. She never came back had to ask another waiter if he could bring tarter sauce which he did really quickly. Our table was full of dirty appetizer plates that she never took away. And just never came back so we sat there nothing to drink and no check sat there for another 20 minutes then I finally went to the front to see what was going on and can I just pay please. She found our server and she said you want drinks I told her about 45 minutes ago! Just give us the check please. Never ever have I had a server there not come by even just once to ask how everything is. So not happy!!
