People in this place a cool but the system is rigged. Ordering online specials are confusing and designed to cheat you about of money. They hope at the end you give up and order regular price which is more expensive than a steak house. When you go there just know you will have a hard time. Food is heart clogging food but very tasty. I live pretty far away so the Chicken Sandwich and Fries were a little soggy. It tasted okay but, the reason for the bad review is they messed my order up. Payed over $40 for 2 Chicken Sandwiches and a 8 Piece Family Bundle they only gave me the Fries they gave me 4 more pieces of Chicken instead of the 4 Biscuits. I will not go there again its way more money then it is worth and the 20min drive out made the experience worse.
Enjoyed this location's Service, Hospitality and Food. Have eaten at Popeyes many times in Texas and Louisiana years ago.Better these days as they also have regular fried Chicken. Better bargains then the Other Fried Chicken place.
Waited 20 minutes for food. They finally looked up at me an asked me what I had ordered. I told them just 4 pieces plain dark meat. They told me they are out and won't have any for 20 minutes. I took a refund and left. I was not happy.
So happy I finally have Popeyes close to home. The tenders and chicken sandwich is great. You'll never know the mac and cheese is from a fadt food place. May take longer to get food than other fast food but the quality is better.
This place has the absolute worst service of any restaurant I've ever gone to. At 12:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday they only have to drive through open. The service at the drive-thru is terrible. It takes more than 40 minutes just to get an order. When you get to the window they don't even have half the order done you have to pull around and wait up front the total wait time is about 40 minutes. The young man working the window when I pulled up earlier today was half asleep. He didn't know what he was doing. He had a terrible attitude. You couldn't even hear him when he tried to mumble. There's obviously no manager that's doing anything there because nothing is getting done. The place is just run terribly. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I have been stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes trying to place an order and I’m still sitting here. I have no cars in front of me and about 6 people have already left the drive through. This is by far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is a fast food place and sitting in line for 30 minutes to place an order is completely unacceptable!! They really need to get it together!!
Food is good, however, sometimes they’re closed when they’re supposed to be open. It’s happened to me a few times. Sometimes the dining room is closed even though there’s a sign in the window that says it’s open. I’ll walk up and the door will be locked no signage nothing. I feel like management needs to do better and be more consistent. When you pull up you never know what to expect.
Terrible service,,very rude ,,ordered 3 meals that had a total of 12 pieces of chicken,,was told I could only get one sauce and had to pay for more sauces. Me and none of my coworkers will ever get food here again
Literally only chicken as main meals lol I'm a bit picky myself but it's still very good. Biscuits are banging!! Good bundle deals/family deals. Quick, good location
