We can agree that PJ was so much better. But still one of the best Pizzas.
It was a disaster, not only it took 15 minutes to get my order in person... It took an hour to prepare one pizza and a papadia, this place is severely understaffed...
One time my chicken poppers were cold. One time I found a hair in my sandwich and this time I'm waiting over a hour for my food. I've ordered from here plenty of times. Normally I don't have a problem. Some of the friendliest/nicest delivery drivers.
They forgot my cookie once. I told them and they sent it after much argument. Then the pizza took 1 hr. And 5 min to get to my house. Pizza is cold. Going somewhere else from now on.
Do not call over the phone because Jesus! Every time I call over the phone the lady is very respectful. Way too respectful to the point where making a simple order for a large pizza place about 15 minutes. She keeps repeating everything and keep trying to sell me stuff and I keep saying no thank you and then she kept asking. The pizza is decent and I ordered from them here and there but do not ever order over the phone unless you wanna lose it.
Best sauce of the fast food pizza chains. Just wish this franchise location had better parking. Potholes galore, and parking out front is atrocious!
Extremely bad service, I called for them to return soda that they forgot to bring and a lady told me they would bring it. I called again 30 minutes later because still no soda, a different person answered and was talking over me then hung up ON ME. Extremely rude, the food is great but employees are extremely impatient.
Service not satisfactory.
Called to take out, didn't understand the person on the other side, have to repeat over and over my order and when I pick up, went to my house and the order was wrong. Let them know, they didn't do anything, thanks.
Terrible service. I always order from here; no complaint even if I have to go find the drivers because they don’t follow my instructions lol. This time I finally complaint about my burnt pizza and wrong soda I received and lady on the phone was giving me attitude in Spanish when all I wanted was a discount for their mistake. Everything’s expensive when you’re on maternity leave lol so I was furious they were not cooperating although they made a mistake. Not spending a penny here again if they can’t handle the mistakes they made.
