Didn’t include utensils in mobile order when I put to include utensils. Had to wait in a long line just to return to my car with my food being cold. Better and faster service is needed
Not the easiest Panera to get to off the highway, but it is in close proximity to the mall. Reasonably clean. A different set up for the coffee station and fountain drinks than other Paneras.

I visited this location on 5/9, we ordered our food and sat down. There was a mixup with the name on our order and a staff member came into the dining room to ensure we got our food. I went up to the counter to get my drink order and a customer was concerned about her smoothie being too watery. The staff explained that it is a premaid recipe and that they would be happy to make her another one. The customer continued to be rude and agressive toward the staff member, Marissa. Marissa calmly and professionally handled the situation.
Really love the food. We ordered the “Family Feast”. First thing is, there’s a lot of food and the price is fair.Everything tasted delicious. Fresh salad, amazing French baguette and a warm and succulent broccoli soup.We had a very good time enjoying the meal.
Their salads are always fresh and tasty, Panera is my fav goto lunch place when ever I crave a good healthy salad.
Messed up my order multiple times. Drove all the way home, then back. What did I get for all the trouble? A cookie. Check your food before leaving
Upset my local panera bread is closed in Danbury. I hope they re open soon Miss my coffee plan I guess if they don't open by February I will cancel my plan ?
portions sizes have gone down by 30 pct and the prices have been jacked up 30 pct..the quality is lower as well ... this is what inflation looks like I guess .. it's the same thing everywhere... dont go out to eat anymore .
