The food was delicious and the service was great. I tried Olive garden in NJ a few years ago and I hated it. I decided to give it another chance. This time we went to a Danbury one. We will definitely be coming again in a future
Good food! Good customer service!!
Wow, Olive Garden has gone down hill since years before. I wanted to try Olive Garden for the first time in a while and honestly won't be trying it again. My server was kind, but the food is $$$ and not worth the price. This no longer feels like a quality restaurant, and more like a food chain (because it is). If your looking for a quick bite to eat with the kids, go here, just don't expect ridiculous quality food, and expect a large bill.Overall Rating: 5/10
Many visits to Olive Garden waitresses would give us for free the dipping sauces for the bread sticks. Last visit we were charged $10 for two dipping sauces. We mentioned to manager that we never pay for these dipping sauces. She kindly took them off our bill. Thanks Olive Garden.
This place is a dump. Smells like urine, the bathroom is disgusting to the point you had to hold your breath. Toilet paper everywhere, toilets not flushed, sinks nasty with hair balls everywhere and soaked. Garbage over flowing & the overwhelming urine smell everywhere. I haven’t been here In years and was tired of driving around so stopped here really quick before 3pm, never again gross
Not impressed with greeters.I greeted her first and she ignored me to talk with another greeter. Irony not lost on me.Excellent waitress and food.
I use to be a fan of Olive Garden but my last visit was incredibly disappointing! I found a two inch long piece of plastic in my salad. I kindly told the server that I didn’t want the salad, she looked at me and told me , “I can give you a dessert for free”. For me it was twice offensive! I looked at her and just told her that they needed to be more careful because someone could choke with a piece of plastic that was that big. Needless is to say that I will not be visiting any other Olive Garden again. This particular incident was in Danbury, Ct!
The service was excellent. Our server Donovan was top notch and professional. But that's where the positive portion of this review comes to an abrupt halt. The food was unappetizing, in a word. Once upon a time the olive garden boasted delicious bread sticks... but they were terrible, freezer burnt, trash.I also have to say that although they have about 15 menu items to choose from, they could serve 1 dish and it wouldn't make any difference... everything they serve tastes exactly the same and that taste is garbage. My puerto Rican grandmother makes more authentic Italian dishes any day of the week. Olive Garden is officially a dying establishment, so do yourself a favor, hang in there for the wait time across the street at cheese cake factory or call my grandma if you want some good Italian food. And if anyone is looking for a server that deserves better, go give Donovan a shout. Good Luck....Buon Appettito.
Overall the meal was delicious and beverages were perfect, the only issue was our server, she forgot the slat on a margarita and forgot our dip for the breadsticks, We also had to ask twice for the dip and the breadsticks, She has been our server twice but both of encounters she has also always forgets our orders.Food was amazing it’s just that one server.
Haven't been to an Olive Garden in 10 years or more. There were none in the area I used to live. So much on the menu I would have enjoyed eating so it was a tough choice. The all you can eat salad and breadsticks are delicious and a nice addition.
