I ordered a happy meal and got home but the apples are missing. My grandson is not happy.
I think they just throw whatever they have in your takeout bag. Once again ordered biscuit with egg and sausage, and a egg Mcmuffin. Got 2 mcmuffins. Last week ordered big Mac, got something else, a burger of some sort. The people taking orders don't speak English??? Can never understand anything they say. Always a disappointment. Buyer beware.

Overnight staff are beyond rude act like I’m wasting their time as they dance and listen to music while I wait for my food. 6 sandwiches and 4 orders of nuggets and they gave me 3 sauces and refused to give me more. What’s the deal with this, I got a huge order not one thing and they acted like it came out of their check. Never again at this location
Late night staff at the drive through, about 1AM morning of 5/6. Took forever to take my order at drive through, when I went to the window I discovered the reason for the delay: the woman at the window was too busy socializing with her friends, several of whom didn’t even work there while listening to salsa music that was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. It was as if going there to buy food was an imposition.Nice to see that McDonald’s apparently has no rules whatsoever for their employees. Well done!
I went through the drive through and I asked for a soft serve cone. the woman who took the order rudely answered “what?” and was confused to what I was asking for. I repeated 3 times asking for a soft serve cone and she then replies saying “do you mean the ice cream cone” in the most condescending way. I didn’t know there was a difference between the soft serve cone and an ice cream cone when it’s the same thing? Customer service wasn't great and staff really needs retraining on treating customers kindly because there are ways to correct someone without being disrespectful.
Just was driving thru and ordered a Large fry. It was definitely fresh and hot. Want hot food? This the place you want to be!
If I could give this place 0 stars I wouldI have been to this location at least 8-10 times in the past 30 days and it's been the same thing each time.We are accepting cash onlyEach time I place an order on the app and they have denied to fulfill my order, EVERY....TIMEI won't even consider coming back to this location until it has its act together
This place has hair in my food only gave me 3 chicken nuggets when I asked for a 10 piece and they messed up my whole order. This McDonald’s got mold in my food.
I've never had a bad experience with here but I've noticed a few off-putting things after going here a multiple times.On each occasion I have dined in, and it's obvious that the cleanliness of the dining room is not always a priority. Most of my visits had me brushing crumbs off of the table. And the Coke and Dr. Pepper always taste weak as if they've messed with e mixture to save money on buying syrup as often.
