The server named Rikita P. Moham was very nice and even offered us extra napkins.
Found a dead rat in my bucket of fried chicken. Never coming again this place should be out of business forever. What a disappointment .
Great sandwich except this location charges $1 more than any other location I know of.
Every time I go there my order is screwed up!! I went to the drive- thru window and ordered chicken strips and two sides of mashed potatoes. When I payed for my meal I asked the cashier if I had two sides of mashed order and he replied yes. When I arrived home I only had ONE ORDER OF MASHED POTATOES!! This is not the first time a screw-up has occurred in this place.
I spent 13 minutes waiting at the drive thru and only once did they say “give us a minute” which was when I first got there. That’s more than half the time of my lunch break. Ended leaving and not eating anything just not to make it late back. What a waste of time! ??
The dining room closes at 7:30. After that it's only drive-thru. I hate eating in my car. Went elsewhere.
5 times on different days, months, I've asked for 6 original chicken breasts and they never have it. It's a 30 min wait. You would think that with high demand in breasts they would be on their toes but they dont care
Finally got there to try the hyped chicken sandwich. Not impressed. If reality had been even half as extra crispy as the picture I'd have been satisfied, but it wasn't.
Great food. But sticker shock at drive up. 2 large sides and 2 biscuits cost as much as 10 piece chicken. :-0
