Chicken was greasy and had too much black pepper. I hate black pepper!!
Food's ok, once they get your order right.
KFC has changed, the last few time we ordered food there it was overcooked. Nothing worse than a dry chicken breast. I use to love KFC but now I not sure if I'll take the chance
Just left this KFC 1 hour ago. The manager there ( Indian looking woman) was yelling so bad at one of the employees as if he where her child. I literally could NOT hear the young man taking my order through the drive through because she was yelling so loud in the background. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! That is not how an employee suppose to be talked to. Especially in the presence of customers! DISGUSTING!
This is absolutely the worst KFC place to go. Every single time I go they either forget to give me part of my meal or are just too lazy to listen and forget. I’m never going here again.
Drive thru only. Inside online pickup only. Chicken was great and fresh.
Walked in one day to order some food. Was promptly told they were only serving drive throufh and pickup. I am never going back again. Ever.
The KFC restaurant is worse because Tonight I’m Order food Inside the Danbury’s restaurant for my surprise the manager attitude is was Screaming to employers I’ll think the manager is INDIAN OR The PAKISTANÍS She’s worse person she treating like animals the employer is Hispanic is female I’m never back this restaurant because no respect people

Went this evening at around 6. The line was into the street for the drive through so I parked and tried to walk in. The store is closed for in person dining or walk-ins. A sign on the door says that Uber eats and delivery drivers are the only ones allowed in. Back into the drivethru line I went....and 20 minutes later they had managed to serve one car. I moved up one spot. So I gave up. Went back around 830. Despite their hours claiming they closed at nine, the staff stated they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I know working in food service sucks right now, but if you can't staff your stores or run a business then just close.
