Sandwich’s we’re still cold in the middle, ice coffee taste nasty asked for French vanilla and it taste like they put nothing in it. The workers weren’t paying attention they were talking more than anything.

they literally always forget the donut(s) with my order. whoever pulls the ticket should fill the whole order. they have one person do the hot food and drinks and the person working the front is supposed to do the donuts. they are helping the guests at the counter and can’t be doing counter and tickets at the same time. every time i go to pick up my order i have to wait for them to finish my order. currently waiting on my husband right now who has added 15min to his trip waiting on a donut ??♀️
Has to be the slowest Dunkin ever. Plus they didn’t get our order right. We’ll go back to our other place.

Train your staff!!! they all have the worst addittuid yes I understand your short staffed. Just becuase the manger not making sure you guys ares fully STAFFED that is not the customers Fault KEEP keep ROLLING them eyes and giving that addittuid and see what it's going to get you.
WORST STAFF EVER. The Spanish girl at the drive through was extremely rude. Gave me dirty looks the time through the drive through. She was so mean and not polite whatsoever!!!!!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE KIND!!!!!!!! So disappointing
