Drive through is the worst. But they are trying to improve it. Very slow service.
Unfortunately if I could give this Dunkin a 0 star I would. They have no urgency to do anything in this location. The manager looks just as lost as the rest of the crew. You stand there waiting to order, employees look at you and dont even acknowledge the fact you are standing there. Theres always a long wait to order and a long wait to get your order incorrectly on top of that so I suggest you choose a different location.
Same order - three different consistencies - only one with acceptable espresso. This is every time at this Danbury Dunkin. That is when they don’t claim the “machine is down.” With Starbucks closer to my office, I’m officially done donating money for no produce.
Had a long wait on li e before somebody finally served me but they seemed to be short staffed but the experience was great
They definitely need more staff. They missed some things on my order and service is extremely slow to order and to prepare your food. Which I don’t understand because the parking lot was empty
The line is usually slow and sometimes they get my order wrong. It would be a 1 or 2 star but there workers are always friendly and apologetic. ?
One on Main Sreet near South Street has terrible service.i waited until 3rd error to complain and someone was supposed to get back to me, no such luck!! The worker at the window doesn't understand English. Warm coffee, missing items, charged for stuff I didn't receive... call and no one answer phone, call D&D and they claim manager would call and hear from no one!! I spend at least $18.00 a pop every time!!!
I jusI just ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese & extra large hot coffee. Coffee was good.. THE BAGEL IS TOO STALE TO EAT .
If I could give them a 0 for the star I would. I went there today and they are rude I told them what I wanted but of course, my order was wrong. Went inside they see me standing and asking for help and completely ignore me. I won't be coming here again finally one of the girls there come to try to talk to me but she comes and says she does not speak English smh.
Evidently they dont speak english here. I tried to purchase a large coffee but the person couldn't understand me at the speaker. So i drove to the window where she still couldn't understand the words large hot coffee.
