Horrible service. Same order yet you receive three drastically different consistencies. Three orders of latte - one will have zero espresso, the other very light and one very dark - EACH AND EVERY TIME. Because they don’t reload the machine. And if you come in the evening hours you’re lucky if they don’t claim the “machine is down” after you’ve waited several minutes on the drive thru. Trying to add a photo of my last order from this Dunkin or maybe any, which will illustrate above. Call the staff out on it and be ready for rudeness instead of accountability. If they can’t run it, shut it down.
One star it’s to much rating for this D-D the staff there it’s extremely rude especially that girl with braids…… I stop going there even though Is down the hill from my house… I rather drive One more mile to go get my coffee then to have to deal with this unhappy people if you don’t like what you do then change jobs…
I have complained now on 2 separate occasions about a worker Ebony who is absolutely rude and unprofessional!! I do not understand why she’s allowed to continue to work on their behalf’s. I believe in rewarding employees for their politeness & professionalism imma big tipper. She’s messing up the tips for the other people who work there that are actually nice. On top of that she tried to tell me they no long make French curler donuts?? Girl bye get a new job that doesn’t require costumer service and spare everyone paying their hard earned money your nasty attitude.
This DD is terrible. Donuts were stale and the iced tea was undrinkable. We left and went to the next nearest Dunkin’ and reordered our exact order again. Won’t be back!
I'm going to make a positive assumption here and say that Castro is new because I am pleased to say this is the first time I've had a good experience at this Dunkin. He was very polite and pleasant. He also was very patient with us considering we didn't know what we wanted upon pulling up. Hopefully this is the start of this location finally having some good customer service. Thanks again to Castro and his Great Service.
Took 40 minutes to get my coffee. After ordering I was stuck in line without moving. The Staff was goofing around inside not doing their job. Dunkin, you lost a lot of sales today because of this poor service.
Employees are nice. Line usually moves really fast. Easy back onto the highway
The young lady with the red ponytail is the absolute rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of taking my order. I have never complained about service but I will drive 10 miles out of my way before I go back! I understand she is young but she has no manners when thanked. You get a yah! Let me know she didnt want to take my order for a cup of tea!
2 of the rudest young ladies working at this Dunkin Donut! Asked a question on the intercom and was responded with ghetto attitude.. Proceeded to the drive up window, asked to speak to the manager. Of the 2 teen girls, the 18 year old said she was the manager and began arguing and cursing saying I was the problem. These girls give no accountability to no one there. There is no real manager on site.
Horrible service from the employee named Ebony. Very rude and stuck two donuts together by the frosting in a bag which ruined my order. This place has also gotten my order wrong many times before and they are always nasty. Please go to a different location.
