Drove 30 mins to get their plant-based ice cream and they’d run out. No waffle cones either. Long line. One young person working only.
Didn’t want to take orders from people who were in the store 15 minutes before closing. Also didn’t allow us to add additional toppings to our like it, even though we were willing to pay extra money for them. We asked for two pieces of color dough instead of one, knowing the extra piece would be about an extra dollar or two. Ridiculous
I ordered from Doordash and payed EXTRA for additional items that they didn't even put in the icecream I ordered! It was a total of $20.00 for the icecream itself. Really disappointed
I'd like to ask the owner why there is a mess in the bathroom, paper towels are piling two feet above the trash bin and there is no soap. Dirt all over the place. Disgusting.

Place was disgusting. Ice cream was contaminated with different flavors. Staff put contaminated ice cream back in the flavor. Bathroom was out of order. Staff couldn’t even get a scoop of flavor without it being contaminated. Just gross and dirty environment.
