I have no words how to describe my experience. I came here for lunch with my boyfriend. The place is not clean, the garages are overflowing, the food bar where you order is a mess and not well kept which is cross contamination! The tables and floors are not clean. The drink station is not stocked nor has any napkins or utensils. The portions are very small. Not to mention they gave me two half avocados hard as a rock as the guacamole and there was still a shells on them! That is so hazardous! This place is not up to food safety standards I honestly know how this place is open with how unsanitary it is. Absolutely unacceptable. I would like to talk to someone in Management.
When I walked into this location at noon for lunch, the crew members were playing inappropriate music with curses. The seating area and drink station was not clean and the floor was sticky. We had to wait for food to be prepared and most of the options was at the bottom. They were also out of most bottled drinks. We decided not to eat at this location.
I ordered dinner for my daughter and I at 6:40 pm to be picked up at the drive in. I said I would pick up at 6:50. When I got there their were 8 cars ahead of me so I was waiting awhile and the man in front of me got out of his car to see what the hold up was and found out the car 6 in front of him had been waiting 30 min. Already. He asked if I could back up so he could get out of line. He said he would have to eat the 12.00 he had paid online. Well I was not about to eat 31.00 so I went and parked and went inside. Well the line was so long I went back to my csr and got back in line. I was 3 from the pick up window because so many left.. when getting to the window he said he had 1 order ahead of me. So I said I’m not moving until I get my food. So it was about another 10 min. Total time waiting was 35 min. Rediculos! The food was good and I thanked the window attendant for coming to work as they were short handed and it was not his fault but they shouldn’t take online orders if they don’t the the staff to fill the orders. Food was good but total experiene was awful.
A business short staffed is a sign the business does not pay their employees well. It's a Saturday night one guy on the line, I asked for his name he said Joel. I hope Joel's pay reflects his work. He won't last there long work ethic like him will do big things, He's valuable. Joel gets a 5 star but the restaurant get 3 stars.
The definition of bad customer service. First of all they were out of lettuce and almost everything for the actual walk in customer was running very low. There were maybe 7 or 8 people working but only one woman behind the counter helping walk ins. The rest were, I guess, preparing to go meals and were little to no help for the one woman helping us. Regardless of this the woman helping was very distracted even though my wife and myself were her only customers at the time. She proceeded to take my double meat burrito order and give me the smallest amount of meat, even less than a half and half, that I've ever gotten at Chipotle. I informed her of this after she charged me over $4 for extra meat and she, very confused, offered me more meat on the side. I told her I would have much more appreciated that meat in my burrito and to do better next time. As we walked away we realized she had not given us the guac we had been charged for, only chips. Unless I went back I would have been ripped off for another $3+! Many other Chipotle locations in the area. Steer clear of this one, I know we will.
Out of the three chipotle locations, this one is the worst. Not to say the other two (the mall and mill plain / exit 2) are bad, they’re not. The newtown rd location gives half the amount than what the other two locations give. Asking for extra is like half a spoon more. I saw no difference. I would see 6+ employees working, but only one making the orders for a line out the door. The last time I went, the food didn’t taste edible, the lettuce felt like plastic and the guac had a wierd taste and feel to it. Rice is always stale and the meat is chewy and undercooked. Never again with this location.
This is the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I love Chipotle and I know that sometimes they vary but this meal was inedible. First of all, the place was dirty. They were out of Guac and white rice and they gave bottom of the barrel. The lettuce was swimming in water and when we got the food, we couldn’t eat it because the bottom of the barrel meat was gross. The place was dirty and not kept well.I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before going here. @management - if you are reading this, I am going to dispute the charges for delivering below standard food which if eaten, could’ve given me food poisoning. You need to take care of your business.
This is an excellent Chipotle location. I’ve ordered (via the app) probably 100 times from this Chipotle for drive-thru pickup and its always been a breeze besides just one single time where they messed up the toppings. The staff seems young, yet upbeat and friendly compared to other chipotle locations and other restaurants in the area.
Wow what a nice experience. Location looks brand new and has a drive through. Tables, soda area all clean. Staff actually came over to see how everything was and if I needed anything. Staff takes pride in their store, brand, product.
It’s crazy how there’s already so many one star reviews and nothing is being done about them. I went to get my order scheduled for 6:20pm Monday Feb 7 and the guy at the window had such an attitude. He didn’t even say hello, asked for my name with such a rude tone... he handed me my food without saying anything. When I opened my food, which was a meatless bowl, there were pieces of chicken in it mixed with the plant chorizo. Really sad management at this place.
