Out of black beans, low on chicken, all the tables were dirty. Got my food and they had no Forks! Had to run over to Rite Aid to buy plastic forks. Sigh. Ate in car due to dirty tables. Went to go refill my soda... Closed due to bathroom toilets flooding. What a disaster
i came to get a salad just now and the woman behind the counter made my salad bowl normally. then the same woman rings me up at the register and i’m like can i have the salad dressing? she tells me they’re all out, like why wouldn’t you tell me that when you saw me ordering that two seconds prior?? the only reason i get the salad is because i want the dressing with it. she could’ve at least given me free chips or not charged me or something. i’m usually understanding because i work in food service myself but that’s the whole point of getting a salad is to put dressing on it otherwise it’s dry as hell. the workers there need to be accommodating when they’re the ones making the mistakes.
The worst Chipotle I've ever been to in the entire chain. Randomly closes for in store ordering only. Frequently out of common ingredients. Frequently improperly fills online orders. Often have only one person serving with half a dozen or more people milling around behind the counter. Save yourself the headache and go to the one in the mall or Desert Moon
Decided to stop here to grab a quick bit to eat while on the road. I arrived around 9:30pm and was greeted by staff. Unfortunately it seemed as if they closed early. Chairs were already stacked upside down on each table. Most of the options including guacamole, yes GUAC were out of stock! I paid full price for a veggie bowl with only a cup of rice and beans.. disappointing!
Don’t get me wrong. I really enjoy Chipotle. The low rating is due to the location and not the food. This place hasn’t had chips in like a month and the staff is often rude as well. I don’t know who is running this place but there doing one heck of an awful job. I would recommend going to a different Chipotle or somewhere else entirely.
Went with my coworker on our lunch break. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back and it’s a shame because both of our lunches were so delicious. Once we got our food, we went to fill our drinks and get utensils to eat with. There were no forks, there was no ice and all the juices were empty. Instead of restocking, employees were standing around on their phones and talking to each other. I watched one female employee give an attitude to 3 different customers after they asked for forks. If she would have restocked them after the first customer told her they were empty, no one else would have bothered her for one. The same girl was helping a doordasher with their order, but something was messed up and she loudly let everyone know by yelling something about no pollo asado on the online options. It was weird and super unprofessional. While the ice machine sat empty, I observed a tall, male employee with his pants sagged very low, saunter over to the drink machine and refill his own soda. He could have very easily brought a bucket of ice with him, but he didn’t seem concerned. I can’t imagine a manger was on duty because the employees definitely had a speaker with their own music playing in the back because I could hear it over the music playing from the restaurant speakers. Not sure who’s in charge of this location but your employees are in desperate need of some more training, some leadership, and some accountability.
This is the second time we have ordered and not gotten everything we have ordered. How hard is it to read a ticket. Can’t talk to a real person and you just keep stealing peoples money NoT ok!!!
I don’t couldn’t care less about some of the complaints peppering these reviews, and here’s why: the portion sizes at this location are absolutely out of control. They hook it up every time. 10/10.And look, I think I can recall maybe one visit where I saw an employee there who looked maybe older than 23- which is to say, the team on any given day basically composed of a group of young people just doing a job. And, by all accounts they seem to performing those duties just fine. It’s a high volume location- cut people some slack
Avoid this chipotle. I have never had an issue free visit in the dozen or so times I have been here. Whether it's the store is closed because of a system outage, plumbing issues or missing items because their fryer has been down for over a week (like this particular visit) or simply running out of food by 7pm.In addition you'll likely need to wait an additional 10-15 mins past your schedule pickup time for online orders.The general manager at this location needs to be replaced with someone competent.You are better off driving down the road to the Danbury Mall location.
They always give you the proper portions for what you paid for and the food is always really good and fresh.The staff is always really nice as well. They are far more better than the Chipotle in New Milford where I live. We always always pay for extra meet and then when we go pick it up it's barely one serving. Enjoy the Danbury location
