Worst Chipotle i ever been to. Workers are nasty and slow, the place is filthy.
The guy working there was super mean. He looked exasperated with me and Sister for just ordering. Just prior I threw up in the trash can outside. That was a better experience. I hope that guy loses his keys and his attitude. Also he poorly wrapped my burrito.
We've always enjoyed the food here. However, the service ses to have fallen off. Not sure why. Lack of good help? To few workers? Store could be cleaner too.
This is without a doubt the most incompetent chipotle I have ever been to. Always out of simple things, and more times than not my order is incorrect or missing items when ordering thru DoorDash. Very dissapointed
There is always a problem at Chipotle no matter which Danbury, Ct location I order from. They are either closed for no apparent reason, they do not have any of the ingredients for my order, or their food is over/undercooked. I will NOT be ordering from there in the future which is such a shame because they are super convenient.
The mall Chipotle seems to be hit or miss. The last few times it has been a miss. Running out if food and drinks. Slow service and not really clean. I think we will opt for something else next time.
Poor service! Drove 20 mins to eat specifically chipotle only to be denied to order my food in person. I was told I have to order online. I ordered a new debit card so I didn't have a way to process an online order. Who ever owns or manages this store should try another type of business that's just ridiculous. I eat chipotle atleast 3 to 5 times a week. To turn down costumer down who's willing to pay is just pathetic.
this place is so slow they have 1 person making food for online orders and walk ins. their in no manager on site. terrible service.
I wish I could give this no stars … tables were filthy garbage was everywhere over flowing no garbage bags even in the cans … ice was over flowing out of the machine garbage all over the floors. We had asked for a worker to clean one of the tables for us to sit down because all of them had old food stuck to them abs she just gave us a dirty look … all of the drinks were old and dried up the food behind the counter looked like it was from days ago this place needs to close down ?
Gave me half of a spoon on everything I asked for in my bowl. I even asked for double rice and double chicken and my bowl was not even reaching the edge. I’d understand if it was rush hour, but there was no people in line behind me. Was not worth $12 dollars at all.
