We used to go here occasionally and I got the best chicken breast on a roll. Well disappointed doesn’t even cover it. I asked for it with nothing on the roll but they put lettuce on I assume to cover up the sliced skinny pieces of chicken. No flavor like it had before and the roll was hard on the ends. I ate two fries and they were hard like they were hanging around awhile. My husband said the steak was okay but the asparagus wasn’t cooked well. The chicken breast was the only thing I went for and sadly it is not the same quality. We won’t go back.
I am from Florida and chilis is one of my go to chain restaurants to eat at whenever I'm in a city where I'm not familiar with the local restaurants. I ordered chicken enchilada soup and it was cold. I sent it back and the second one I got was luke warm. The Cajun pasta wasn't fresh either outside of the chicken. However, the margarita was delicious and I'd definitely come here for drinks again, but not food. Where I'm from Chilis is usually packed on a Sunday afternoon/evening, especially if it's on a 3 day weekend. Now I see why this location was mainly empty when I went.
I order a steak with mashed potato, I drove 30 minutes to pick it up when I get home the mashed potato was tasting like garbage, so disgusting!! I can't understand how a person who works in the kitchen serves up obviously rotten food and gives it to a customer.?
Quick service. In and out early dinner in 45 minutes tops. Relatively clean just sticky table. Kitchen does play music loud enough for tables to hear and don't play the most 'family friendly' music. 4 stars because the taste in music was at least good.
Service was great. But Chicken tenders were cold. Steak well done not medium rare. Haven't been to a Chili's l was disappointed.
Wow this chili's location has fallen OFF! Used to come here n get a decent lunch, them big mouth burgers would slap! But now?? Now this place is a shell of its former self and its so sad to see.We came for lunch n got seated quick as the restaurant was half empty...We started off w/chips n whatever the heck that sad excuse for guac was. First off the chips were friggin AWFUL loaded w/so much greasy they were shiny n swimming in the bitter fryer oil (which means the oil is old) how the heck to you make the chips so greasy wet?? Shocking....The guac looked lazily scooped onto the plate n half of it was brown n gross looking having sat out exposed to the air wayyyyy too long (check the pic) *pro hint just toss a layer of water on top and it'll keep its bright green color guys!My chicken tender wutchamacallits were super meh and my side of corn was soooooo old the kernels were wrinkly and dried out looking so unappealing.Never coming back.... I'm over it.
It was great i love going for the chicken crispers the honey Chipotle one are my favorite......
First time here, Wonderful service by Pete and Mika. (Spelling I’m unsure of.) I had a solo lunch date around 2 pm on a weekday.DELICIOUS!!!No one was there to sit or greet me, but that didn’t bother me. Poked my head around the corner and was immediately acknowledged warmly and seated, by Pete.Pete was also my server. I explained it was my first time and expressed excitement about it. He was incredibly helpful answering any questions I had. He was extremely personable and energetic! Pete also went above In beyond with giving me extra info, including showing me the restaurant’s allergen card and informed me about the offers receivable for downloading the Chili’s app.I am gluten free, when I informed him, he immediately pulled up the allergen card on the tables tablet/ POS system!! (Most restaurants do not know they have these, where to find it or even have one at all.)The menu had THE BEST gluten free options. Very straightforward and I know what I need to avoid. Most restaurants I am unable to consume 75-90% of the menu. This is the best restaurant menu I have ever experienced. Although the franchise itself doesn’t offer GF bread substitutes- it didn’t phase me at all. I was able to consume 90- 95 % of the menu!!!!I was overwhelmed with the wholesome and diverse menu! Amazing.I ordered the lunch special of shrimp fajitas. And 1/2 size Texas Fries and added chili to them. The fries were incredibly satisfying! They were presented beautifully in the cutest mini cast iron pan atop a wood plank. They were gorgeous in presentation and tasted amazing! The fries had melted cheese, scallion, jalapeños and I added chili. Came with a delicious ranch /sour cream sauce. The dish was wonderfully spicy so I asked for more sauce and Mika happily brought me a jumbo ranch/ sour cream sauce! I’m a dipper so I really appreciated that! The chili was simple yet flavorful. This dish was definitely full of character. A simple dish, yet lots of love was put into it that could undoubtedly be tasted! The only odd thing I experienced was the toilet seat in the ladies room was completely detached. Clean restaurant with a calm and inviting atmosphere. The shrimp fajita lunch special was an absolute banger! The sizzling fajita plate is always a magical experience of the senses. Extremely great value item. I switched out flour tortilla for corn. Hot and delicious! Came with a separate boat of Guac, sour cream and shredded cheese. Nice presentation on both components. Came with an awesome bean soup concoction. I tasted each component of the dish and sides separately and it was again, just full of love, care and flavor! Guac could’ve had more salt and lime juice. That dish was pure perfection!I ordered a Buffalo chx sandwich to take home for my boyfriend. He inhaled it and said it was top notch!I must stress how amazing the service I received was. Peter went above and beyond for my first experience at Chili’s. He was astoundingly personable and attentive! Mika was food runner. Again, service within a smile and very welcoming and attentive. Fast service! Delicious food, zen and peaceful atmosphere.I cannot wait to go back!!!!!!!
Understaffed, super slow service. My salad finally came when rest of party was half finished eating, it was not the salad I ordered. Had to send back for right salad. By then rest of party was finished so I asked for mine to go. At this point server took my salad off the bill. When I got home it was the wrong salad again! I'm allergic to dairy so I told server twice, yet my salad was covered in cheese both times.
Never give low ratings... But honestly, there's some management issues and I'll explain. We visited at lunch time, the parking lot was fairly empty, and early warning signal... And we walked in, there was nobody there to greet or table us, ok, got it, but no sign to instruct seating yourself either. So we went and sat at a table in the bar area where everyone else was sitting. It was obvious that there was little staff present. So not really faulting them, except for this:. An acknowledgement when patrons are seated, that are new, is very important. Give a wave, a signal or walk by quickly and express that you know we are there and will be with us shortly. Even the bartender a little high hand sign would be great. Understand that we were and are patient... But now when the server passes us for the 2nd, then 3rd, and a 4th, 5th time, without a simple acknowledgement, well... Needless to say, after watching this transpire while waiting over 10 mins while seated... More like 15, we left! I'm sorry, but we found another place that was wonderful, and busy, parking lot showed much activity and the staff was immediately attentive and received a nice trip to go with it. I will definitely attribute much if it to management as the server was busy, pretty much with one table, but that's no excuse for being shown or taught how to hustle and make some moolah! Lol...
