I am a loyal Chick-fil-A customer and mostly because the staff is so polite, but not this time. I had an employee named Rich and he was rediclously rude. I had previously ordered with the man standing at the end of the line. Rich continuously interrupted me while I was trying to tell him that I didn’t need to order again because I ordered with the other man. This is the kind of experience that will make you never want to return to this location.
We have always been Chick-fil-A fans and continue to go back to this Brookfield restaurant it really is a cut above other Chick-fil-A's incredible staff and just a very nice place to enjoy a fun meal with kids and family
Beware people with peanut allergy as they cook all their chicken in refined peanut oil. We ate here for the 1st time ever at the Danbury Mall . The sign isn't very eye popping . Had we known this we wouldn't of eaten here as my son has a severe peanut allergy and could've died. They need to fix the sign so it's bigger and more visible.
Chic fil a is always a good experience. Friendly counter help, quick service. As always don't get a craving on Sunday cause they ain't gonna be there. ?✌️

The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. The chicken was mouth watering tender, with a perfect crispness. Love the Chik-fil-A sauce!
Crispy chicken sandwich was great but was small for the price, the fries were soggy, just another fast food restaurant, not too much to tell.
Always a great place for a chicken sandwich & waffle fries! Cold Brew Coffee always delicious!
Juan and his staff are truly amazing. The service was outstanding. I traveled over a half hour just for some chick-fil-a it was so worth it. And will be coming back.
