I had the South Western Burger. It was only OK, too spicy for my pallet.
My son wanted to share an excellent experience with the taste of Burger King Hamburgers... We made a stop at nearby Burger King place, which was inside the Mobil gas station. We have placed an order and I repeated the order second time.While receiving our order, lady that had ordered prior to us, came up to ask to replace burned patties, but no one would attend her presence. She asked to call a manager loudly, to catch an attention of anyone in the shop. Ladie at the register walked away after that.We got our order before that.My wife was curious why we got less food then we have ordered and came up to the register, but no one was there to ask a question...?After a very long while... lady, with her 2 little kids, got really upset about the fact everyone behind the counter had disappeared. ? or simply walked away from counters....We didn't get a receipt!Lady didn't get ANY attention!Frankly, it was my worst Burger King in my life. :(
Online order. Requested No lettuce No onion add tomatoes. Not made that way. Ordered sweet tea and strawberry shake. They were out of both. The drinks with the meal were supposed to be root beer and Dr pepper. Given 2 cokes. Wouldn't give refund or substitute what they were out of. Wouldn't correct the order. Said I would have to pay for the right stuff again and ask for a refund on app and maybe I will get it.
Definitely the worst Burger King I’ve been too as far as service in the drive thru. Couldn’t even place an order with how rude the woman was. Talking with an attitude as if she hates her job and takes it out on the people tryna get a bite.
i come here often because of the convenient location, if it wasn’t for that it would be a 1-2 star review. they don’t have a real schedule; half the time it says they’re still open on google but they’re actually closed, n it is never consistent. sometimes they’re closed at 7 sometimes they’re closed at 8 it is a real gamble. it seriously feels like they close whenever the manager wants to go home. besides that, they mess up my order like 40% of the time which may not seem like a lot but when you think about it it is way too often, especially when you’re paying $12 for a meal. on top of all that, the quality of the meal is all over the place. sometimes the burger tastes like it was boiled, but at least most of the time it tastes fine. the fries are the biggest hit or miss, 60ish% of the time the fries don’t taste like anything.TLDR: they close way too early (no real schedule that they stick to at all) food tastes like nothing half the time n it’s a gamble if they even get your order correct. literally the only good thing about this place is the location, which is the only reason i’m not rating it 1-2 stars. n i guess if i had to say another positive thing is that half the workers there seem nice, BUT the other half don’t speak english WHICH IS FINE FOR SOME POSITIONS but when it comes to getting your order right it very obviously affects it.I would also like to go make it clear that burger king is my favorite fast food place so my review is not biased in that sense. i wish this location was good due to how close it is to my house but it just is not unfortunately.
Customer service always bad. There's always a long wait for your order. They only allow you to use 1 coupon.
Ordered a whopper meal and a cheeseburger. Fries were cold and mushy.. the whopper had a long dark hair in it.. I would have returned but I don't want a replacement. I let management know and never herd back from Burger King.
This is probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I ordered a whopper meal and there was hair in my burger. I was so disgusted, I brought it back and respectfully asked for a new one. They instead, cursed me out and told me to get out of their drive through. The workers there are so disrespectful and nasty. I do not recommend going here for anything, not even a cup of water.Also, majority of them don’t speak English. So expect your order to be wrong and for you to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes only to get cold food.
This location used to be so bad, but it’s gotten significantly better over the past year. The only complaint I have is that it closes pretty early, but they’ve definitely improved their accuracy and efficiency. I prefer going into the dining room rather than the drive-thru, but both options are good.
The WORST Burger King on the planet!!The food is horrible. The employees are unconcerned about any aspect of their job. Go anywhere on earth besides here. Sure to disappoint, disgust, and revolt any palette.
