Worst customer service. Why come to work if u hate your job with such passion. I will be taking this to corporate. I have a photo of the disrespectful employee. To not give me my order that I paid for not say a word and be angry for asking for an extra item and roll your eyes and throw my card it will definitely not be taking lightly. The manager needs to do something or you will have a failed business with such horrible staff and horrible attitude.
It took a long time until someone came to take my order at the counter.
Gave me a coke instead of a diet coke. I cannot drink coke and have no time on my lunch hour to go back and correct it. Told the woman diet coke twice.
This location isn’t the best one. Staff is iffy food is cold and worse part no one else in store or online.
Did not have Sour Dough King for my son. I asked if I could have a salad without cheese, was told yes, I ordered it again repeating no cheese as I'm allergic to dairy. I get the bag home and guess what? Full of cheddar cheese, garbage. Will I go back???
Came.in for anniversary original price and we could not get anything ! We just ordered of the regular price meal
Asked simply that my mozzarella sticks be fresh out of the grease, even made me pull up and wait for my order all for some old, cold mozzarella sticks:/
Is a little bit expensive, also in the hamburger I have found a different salad with a sweet cream , that I'm not like.
Had the impossible whopper for the first time and it was pretty good.
