This place is an absolute joke of a restaurant. Both sit down dining and take out. I’ve sat at a table for over 2 hours without the food that was ordered not just once but twice. Tonight I placed a mobile order and I sat there for an extra 40 minutes without my food and the place was empty. The staff at the counter told me 5 more minutes that turned into 35 minutes as he was sitting on his phone. Food was cold and pretty unappetizing. Overall this place flat out sucks.
I walked in party of 4 at 9:02 , NBA finals starting at 9:00PM. As I start walking to the bar an employee aggressively stops us and tells us that they are not seating anymore people. I find it odd since the NBA finals has started two minutes ago and Buffalo wild wings being a Sports and wing bar. I step outside and call the restaurant to ask them what time they close. Their response? “ we stop seating people at 9:30 that’s when our kitchen closes.”I tell her we were just kicked out of the restaurant at 9:02 and would have thought they would be open for the NBA finals. Her response? “ I can send somebody outside to come get you and seat you“. What a joke. The disrespect was enough for me, not returning.
Wings are delicious, drinks are on point. I can’t complain, atmosphere seems nice and welcoming
Listen, whoever Sarah is, you need to retrain her. every single time i order pick up it’s always completed by her, and it’s always missing something. like… how hard is it to double check to receipt to make sure you packed everything up correctly? Iit’s signed off that she checked the order, buuuuttt obviously she didn’t. Do better.
Food was great, ( Buffalo mac & cheese, fried pickles, nachos, Cesar salad, wings,burgers ). Service was great . Will definitely come again.(Burgers are so big that they're not structurally sound, still yummy though.
Every time I have ordered wings from this location, they are horrible. There is either barely any sauce or seasoning on them and there are less wings in the box than I purchased. Today I ordered a twenty count of boneless wing and I got 17 total wings, 4 of them were the size of a pebble and 1 was extremely undercooked bordering on raw. Every time I have ordered from here, the food has been horrible after an extremely long wait. Wait times aren't much better in person but they wings are atleast edible when you order them in store.
Ordered take out that was set for pickup at 7:49 and it wasn't ready until 8:10. After waiting for that long I got home to find out that I was missing items from my order. Called to ask about my order and no one picked up the phone after more than ten minutes on hold. Very unhappy.
Horrible service I would def not be eating here anymore waited 50 mins to get food and other ppl walked in gettin there food in 15. This place is ridiculous food was coming out one at a time and it was cold at that.
For my daughter‘s birthday, she wanted to go to Buffalo wild wings. I’m usually not a fan of chain restaurants. Her birthday, her choice. Huge parking lot, but it was packed. We were able to find a spot pretty close. Overall the service was terrible. The waitress was very friendly and tried her best, but it took forever for the food to come out. Getting in was just a challenge. When we got there, the host told us come back in 10 to 15 minutes. We asked if he needed a name. He said no I will remember you. We came back in 10 minutes and asked how long, he said 45 minutes. I told him that he said to come back in 10 minutes and he will remember. He said he didn’t. He seemed completely confused. After complaining, we waited another five minutes and were seated.Food overall was good. Best thing was the cheese curds. Nice seasoning and lightly fried. The ultimate nachos also good. I’m free I was a little surprised there was no meat on them, but the cheese sauce and jalapeños made up for that. I also got that item for free when I signed up with their app. If you go there often, it’s a nice little perk to have. I ended up getting a brisket burger. It was good, not great. Really good BBQ sauce. Fries were meh. I tried one of the boneless Parmesan wings. Really good flavor, kind of disappointed I didn’t order them. My younger daughter told them it was my daughter‘s birthday. They brought out the ice cream pictured in one of the photos. Not sure what it was called. They did a good job with that. Overall, as a sports bar it works. Sports memorabilia everywhere and games on the tv. As a restaurant, it’s good if you have kids. Will probably not be back until another birthday request.
Used to visit this location 3-4 times a month for dinner or lunch. Over the past 6 months it has gone drastically downhill in a hurry! Takeout portions are half of what they used to be. This past weekend we went there and were seated. There were tons of open tables so they were not busy. We sat at the table for over 20 minutes without anyone coming over. I even stood up a few times to try and find a server which were nowhere to be found. At that point we walked out. Unfortunately this is my daughter and mine favorite restaurant so from now on we will be using the next closest location no matter how far it is. This is a huge let down as we loved eating here
