Worst service and stale rock hard cinnamon pretzel bites, don’t waste your time or money, I ordered a small cup of cinnamon pretzel bites to soon find out they are rock hard, then I ordered a cup of water and they tried to charge me $3.00 for a cup of water so I told them never mind I will go to McDonald’s and get a free cup of water... worst customer service dude was a robot never again will I come here and this is the one in the Danbury Fair Mall BE AWARE...

I am in between. Between giving them 5 stars and one star. Since I usually get the best, I mean the best pretzels here, and last time I came here Ii got something that had nothing to do with their amazing pretzels. OK, We all have our bad days. Since when they are on their good days, they made the best pretzels ever.
