Had a meal there this evening (bacon burger)… terribly disappointing. The hamburger roll was stale, rock solid on the edges. Fries were soggy (which were replaced) but meal was less than enjoyable.
This is outrageous. When I first arrived there I had to wait in line for an hour even though there wasn’t anyone else there. And I brought down my family that came all the way down from Jamaica. When they began to seat us we noticed that the seats and table looked like it was never cleaned. So we asked the worker there if they could clean it nicely but instead the worker flipped out and started flipping the tables everywhere at us. At this point we had no idea what to do so we tried to leave but they would let us. They locked the door so we couldn’t leave and began to Spit on us and call us selfish people. I was so stunned to speak. I really wish that no one comes here. The workers here were very disrespectful and out of control. They need to be put in jail or held accountable. This is very unexpected and wish for it to never happen ever again.
It's an Applebee's. So this review is for this particular location as far as Applebee's go. You know what that food is. You know what you're getting. The staff is friendly and everything is done pretty well. Want a cheap drink and a snack before a movie or going to browse the Lowe's plant department? Why not. It's good, for an Applebee's.
Bad experience even walked out, hostess greeted us super friendly kid, talked about the weather and then put us on a booth which was fine at first. Went to the restroom and told my husband to order me a drink, by the time I came back the waiter hadn’t even showed up, my husband didn’t seem comfortable in that booth so I stayed standing up trying to get the hostess attention (waved my arms around) he looked my way multiple times and ignored me. There were people sitting next to us so their food came and two waiters came with it and they didn’t say anything to us at all, apparently my waiter was Aiden, I even try to get the dude’s attention thinking it was him and nothing. So we just waited and waited, no one showed up to say hi or give us menus, not even a just give me a second, tried to get the hostess attention again still nothing he did walked to the bar a couple times and sat a bit and well I could start to see the frustration from the other people in the booth, not being comfortable and all. Still waited but ended up leaving, hostess saw us didn’t ask a question, my son said bye and he said bye back, he’s the one that sat us on that booth I would of assume he would at least asked why we were leaving or if there was a problem but nothing, decided to go to the pizzeria across to remedy the bad experience. Maybe I’m being over sensitive but I can only go by what I experienced and I was not happy. If they are understaffed which I get is happening everywhere but the waiters usually at least make a gesture a wave or something to let you know they’ll be right with you.
Well...we sat down for almost 10 minutes before the waitress came (and it wasn't busy). When I asked about the price of a drink, it took her another 10 minutes and she only came back after I asked to be seated in a different area. Salad was awesome, the food was a bit dry. However, I cannot hold anything against the waitress or the cook. We all have off days. I will definitely dine again because my other experiences were pleasant. One off experience will not could my opinion of the place. Looking forward to better days ??s.
This place used to be good it’s straight trash now. I was here yesterday and they can’t cook a burger right. My wife ordered no pink and as usual the burger is pink. My kid wanted bbq sauce it came out after she ate. This isn’t the first time this happened no matter what they can not cook a burger well done the unreal. I was told the kids burger never pink how about the adults . The excuse they use now for this garbage service is short staff .
Pleasant restaurant. Staff friendly. Food a bit salty but ok.
The waiter was great and the food was hot and delicious! We enjoyed the experience and we even received a free movie ticket!
Your typical Applebee’s - ample parking, plenty of seating inside, tasty food.The staff ranges from nice to ANGELIC.Try the triple chocolate meltdown dessert. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed. ?
Always pleasant to eat at the neighborhood grill. The servers are good most times, the food is predictable and decent, this particular location is also clean and good to go with family.
