Been here twice recently and the food has been stale and disgusting. The food has tasted stale every time and when I ordered iced tea it tasted like dirty feet. There’s always a long line of cars in the drive thru that it took 20+ min of waiting both times. Every other wendys has been fine except here
Wendy's breakfast was good, and has room for improvement. Nothing wrong the employees working there!
Since when does Wendy's allow employees to handle animals while working?line of people at the counter only 3 people handling food. Manager not helping.
This Wendy's has the worst customer service I have ever seen I was there Friday night June 3rd. I still didn't the lobby it was about 9:15 p.m. for at least 10 minutes waiting to place an order, there was a young girl in front of us who was already waiting 10 minutes. The young lady her name begins with an O . She looked at us like we had worms crawling out of our face and after waiting there for 10 minutes we said can we place an order and they said they're not taking counter orders at this time. I've never heard of a walk-in fast food restaurant that is not taking orders at the counter at this time. It just blows my mind it's the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced.
sometimes the line is very slow and built up, but i always get my order correct and the freshest food! other locations always mess up my order, but i rarely have a problem in bristol
Waiting for 30 minutes for them to serve one car at the drive through wasn’t on my list of things to do tonight but here we are. Only had to repeat my order 5 times so not too bad, still managed to get the wrong order. Needless to say, not impressed.
I purchased ranch for my baked potato and then they said they were out of the potato and still charged me for the ranch and never even put it in my bag at the drive through. This happened twice! Frustrating.
I actually like their burgers. When I want a good burger at a decent price, I go to Wendy's. This trip I gleefully discovered they allow you to get a Frosty as part of a combo meal. Wooo Hooo!
Everything was cooked fresh and delicious. Very pleasant staff,especially our server William.
Ordered a bacon cheddar combo with a classic chicken sandwich. Received a classic chicken combo and a classic chicken sandwich with no bottom bun. At least the fries were good
