Walked in to order to go there were few people at tables waiting didn't know if they got orders then a party of 4 ordered..we ordered to go..no orders done yet half hour later order still not done same people waiting for orders.... Thought when u ordered to go u got your food fast almost 40 mins for a to go order never again......

We were fairly disappointed in the service we received. We ordered two chicken Caesar salads, both of which were served without dressing or croutons. Apparently the store had run out of croutons but they didn’t say anything when ordering. We ended up with lots of lettuce, small bits of chicken and a fair amount of cheese. I know that Caesar salads are simple, but undressed lettuce, cheese and a small amount of chicken isn’t much of a meal.

It’s unfortunate love wayback food but it always comes with lame customer service. West Hartford was closed so I came out to Bristol. I guess the staff decided that because it’s thirty minutes to close they aren’t making milkshakes anymore. I guess they make their own rules to get out early. I understand you want to go home but you submitted the job application to leave at 8PM, it’s not going to kill you to see your shift through the end. You have to anyways, but denying products to circumvent how much work you have to do? Annoying … .The staff energy was really weird and unpleasant . Even when I was signing up for the milkshake reward the girl was like “we are done with milkshakes for the night.” How about putting a sign on the board “no milkshakes after 7PM” LOL. Weird.Anyways my food was good and the guy who prepared it did a great job and had good manners, cool guy

Good hamburgers, frys, and chicken sandwiches. There are a lot of processed and poor nutrition items on the menu, but if you are looking for a quick alternative to the larger fast food places this is one of them

Slow staff not very interested in helping. I stood upfront in line without being spoken to for 6 full minutes before the staff even acknowledged me. I then watched the grill empty as no one was taking any orders and slowly fill again from online orders. Another five minutes passed and I was finally able to place my order. The gentleman that took my order was so disinterested I almost felt compelled to apologize for interrupting his cleaning of the shake machine. This was 7pm on a Thursday, it was a little busy but not a dinner rush or anything, according to google less busy than usual. Online orders were coming in but overall I still don't know why it was so slow other than the glaringly obvious fact that the staff had no interest in being there. Plenty of other choices in the area, I'll pick one that wants my business. I blame management for creating this environment.***UPDATE: I did follow up to give feedback by email as requested, I was asked for location and replied with it and never contacted or replied to after the initial contact. Apparently there's a disconnect between corporate and franchise. It feels disingenuous when they respond immediately to a review asking for an email but privately they don't respond at all.***

The food was okay portions are small, kind of expensive for what you get but times have changed, so so at best for our experience

Walk into an establishment with employees swearing at each other. Won't be spending my money here.

This place has a menu and almost everything on the menu they don't have. One woman was extremely rude and vulgar. I will never ever eat hear again. The manager was extremely cold and very rude. I recommend to never visit this establishment with your children or even alone.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I ordered a burger for dine-in and another for take-out (wife's gotta eat) they took care of me despite it being a weird request. Will be returning
