Skimpy on the toppings, especially the meat and cheese. Taco Bell has definitely lost its bargain status. I understand that prices have gone up for everything and businesses need to stay competitive however downsizing their portions is not acceptable by me.
The food was fresh. The line was long and they messed up my food order by shorting me 2 chalupas. It's just frustrating that you always have to check your order before you leave to make sure it's right.
Customer service here sucks.One employee was in the bathroom getting high.One was rude as hell to me.And one had her pants hanging down so you coild see her boxer underwear.I would never go here and pay for food.
Staff is extremely rude on more than one occasion.Let me not even get started on the manager. She basically told me I had no reason to be upset at her staff being rude because I was a delivery driver and not a customer. Place is poorly run and if you make a complaint the manager will make it seem like you were the one being rude and won’t take accountability for her rude staff. The staff sounds so miserable over the intercom.
Drive thru are Champs! at this location late night. Compared to so many others!Little wait but it should be expected but 2-3 mins per car is better the 10-15 per cars at other locations.
This is the best Taco Bell! The Bristol location always gets my order right. Love that Taco Bell has options for us vegetarians. The older gentleman (so sorry to use that phrase, I’m not sure what his name is!) that has worked here for over 3 years is so nice and friendly and absolutely deserves a raise!
I’m gonna be honest. My dad and I come here all the time. But tonight the person making our food wiped their nose multiple times with their gloves on while making it and then also went on their phone with their gloves on… then went back to making food. I used to work in a restaurant and that is unacceptable and so unsanitary. I’ve never been so grossed out.
I ordered a salad with extra everything, and they gave me less than half. Worst Taco Bell service ever. Don’t know how to serve customers with food!
What the heck taco bell. My experience here was so vexing because the cashier was so out to lunch! Like she didn't want to be there. The drinking station was missing the spout! And she just put it back on without sanitizing it! Gross! Also the associate cleaning kept putting the hot sauce packet back in the bin where there clearly was opened packets they spewed all over the other ones. Not taking the busted ones out! Straight ?
I LOVE going when Mike is working. When's he's there my order comes out perfect everytime!Overall, the whole place is clean and food is tasty. Probably my favorite taco bell to go to
