I ordered before easy app, but picking up, what a mess. Forget using app when you arrive, just go through drive thru and give them your name. As for the food, looks delicious on commercial, but after eating it, nothing special. I'm sure the shakes, and ice cream is good, but I got burgers, and tater tots. The tots were delicious. Also signing up on app, gave me a free burger, and half price on the other, that was cool. I personally would go to Wendy's next time.
Grilled cheese double burger was not that good we ordered two and mine was moist and the burger had no taste at all, onions and mustard is what is supposed to be on it but I got ketchup for some reason they didn't make it right. My son's burger was soft bread so it was gooey and the burgers didn't taste right def not as good as most other fast food burgers. The tater tots were good but not enough cheese sauce over top maybe 4 had enough cheese over them the drinks are the best part of sonic and the moss sticks although you can tell they were frozen not as tasty as I'd like them to be. A little more expensive than we would like only because the food wasn't cooked the way we would like but to each their own.
Pretty convenient place to grab a bite while in a hurry; is fast and tasty. The foot long chili hot dog is really good. Tater tots are always good. And the service is quick. I can recommend it.
Waited in line for over 15 minutes for one milkshake so by the time I got up to the window I just drove off. I anticipate the close again pretty soon just like they did the last time they tried to be a startup
Sonic has turned a new leaf. Alberto was VERY kind. Very polite. Ice cream is now good again at sonicGot the new concrete custard. Three of them four my family, very little toppings, mine, the Oreo dark chocolate, didn't have ANY dark chocolate syrup in it. So they remade it. Still had VERY LITTLE in it. Like... The picture looks like chocolate, but they hand you slightly brown vanilla. Doesn't taste at ALL like dark chocolate. Cutting food cost at the expense of customer happiness is how you lose customers.The one on the left is the REMAKE. pitiful.
Please change your status to only drive through. We were all really disappointed today when we went, saw the drive thru line was long so I parked... woke up the baby.... got out of the car..... walked around the building only to discover the building is only for employees. What a disappointment and waste of time. Went to Wendy's to spend our money instead and sat inside and enjoyed our meal there
I had placed and ordered on uber eats for Sonic on Farmington ave,Bristol. The driver I had originally had canceled and didn't let me know why. So I messaged my new driver to have him let me know there was an issue with my order and he said he would get back m. He lle me o tell me that they informed him my order was not in their system and then told him it was but a driver had picked it up and left with it. But my order was never picked up. So I canceled them my boyfriend ordered from his u er app and the driver he had said they told him food wasn't ready yet and to go to drive thru window. When he got to the window they told the driver the order wasn't in their system and my boyfriend would have to cancel. Im wondering if the restaurant is either being lazy, short staffed or didn't have all the items and was lazy about that. This was the worst experience I had ever had ordering on uber or with a restaurant! My boyfriend had gotten charged for canceling his order as well! Sonic I hope you improve on this or fix your issues.
The restaurant is locked,and only offering to go windo service. It took literally 10 min to complete our order. Not good. Lots of swearing and chaos heard from the window.
The stalls are never open for ordering, did a mobile order and waited in the insane drive thru line for 40 mins.... food was barely warm and the fries were ot fresh and completely inedible from sitting so long..... this place is completely run down.... but the staff was great and trying their best..... in my honest opinion if you aren't going to keep the facility up and running the way it was intended then you should have left it closed....
this is the most unprofessional sonic in the country. stalls are always closed. lines always take 20-30 mins for 4 cars. they dont answer phones and their app is always down. avoid at all costs. the place needs to be shut down.
