Expensive bit best wings around and the thin crust pies are fkn awesome!
I have ordered many times and it was good but this time they over cooked the crust and they burnt the cheese on my cheese only pizza, very surprised. I order online,I will order again but this time I will call to make sure it does not happen again, if it does no more ordering from them.
I gave peoples choice one last chance. I will say this. You guys hired an amazing driver. He was extremely friendly, courteous, delivered me hot pizza. He is the reason why I will still order pizza from you guys. The drivers name was Antione. You need to hire more drivers like him. Your place would be #1. PLEASE tell Antione thank you so much for restoring my faith in Peoples choice!!!!
Food has gone way downhill. Ordered some boneless wings and they were chicken nuggets pretty much. I understand that food costs are high but damn. For the 20 that the wings cost I was expecting more. They used to have huge wings!! And they were severely overcooked and dry

This was my GO TO location I ordered there pizza everyday I live 15 mins away so delivery was always my thing Close, Convenient & Yummy. Until TODAY. I get a new driver who drove around for 30 mins trying to find my house I gave her my address to her personal phone. I got in my car to drive around and find her. Eventually I found her and I tell her pull stight down the street she proceeded to take a left which took an additional 10 mins to find me again. She spoke little to no English. I called the store to report it and they said they just won’t deliver to me anymore. I am very unhappy with the experience and I ended up getting blocked from there delivery list
Ordered soda, wings, and a sausage & mushroom pizza from the Bristol People's Choice. After tax and tip for delivery total = $48.35Wings were great!Pizza was DISGUSTING!!!The sausage was old and spoiled. Called the Bristol People's Choice and let them (Mike K.) know that the sausage was rotten and his response was "What do you want, want another pizza?"No Mike K. We don't want another pizza you ding dong !!!A refund for the pizza would be the logical option.
We ordered wings last night. Not only were they cold but they were over cooked. We ordered hot and it was all medium. We ordered a salad and they gave us no dressing with it. We also ordered fried dough and with extra powdered sugar We received nothing but the dough and it was like chewing on a piece of rubber. Food was horrible. When we called to complain about our order with hopes they would fix it We were hung up on 2 times. Nice way to treat your firefighters.
I have been ordering from this restaurant for at least a year now and out of all the orders that they have done for me only twice have they messed up. They were fast and professional at correcting their mistakes. When I have called into order I am met by a pleasant man or woman answering the phone to take my order.One recommendation would be to offer a loyalty program. I am certain there have been guess ordering from People's choice in Bristol much longer then I have; therefore, rewarding loyalty will prove to go a long way.
We are frequent customers but this was disappointing overcooked wings 2 pizzas crust was terrible.i really like then too.Maybe next time??
