I've lived in town 22 years and forgot about Pavilion for a while. Started going again last year, and it really is great.Also, the service is nice and expediant!
It has always been one of my favorite pizza places in Bristol. It still is 20+ years later
All I can say is go to Pavilion you won’t be disappointed!! Great atmosphere and a friendly staff! There fried mozzarella is amazing! Actually I’ve never had a meal that I didn’t enjoy. I recommend that you go and find out for yourself!!

Love this place every time we visit the area. Grew up in the area but moved away; homey, and true authenticity with their toasty Connecticut Grinders! Please don't change a thing!
I LOVE THIS PLACE. The owner and the sister (I believe) are amazing people. They treat me like family whenever I'm there. I was in there a lot during the pandemic and they were rock solid throughout. Absolutely great food and even better HOMEMADE cheesecake that rivals most places you've ever had.
The staff is friendly, polite, and considerate. Relaxed atmosphere and bathrooms are quite clean. Cleaner than many others. Appears that the staff knows many customers as regulars. The pizza was not much to talk of. ( meatball & peppers) . Too doughy of a crust. And the mozzarella appears to be of low quality. Tried reheating at home in a 400 degree f. oven to attempt to crisp up a little. The cheese would just continue to melt and run excessive amounts of oil down to a cookie sheet at the bottom of the oven. The cheese just would not start to get those little burn spots and stiffen a bit. Just oozes and makes a big oily mess. The bottom crust remains floppy and doughy . Tried a couple other pieces at 375 degrees and 450 degrees with same results. I don't have experience with any other foods they offer, but I can say that anytime I drive by, they are always busy. Nice place . Hope they will improve on the pizza.
The wife and I moved to Bristol early spring of 2021 and found the pavilion to be very consistent of the quality of all the different meals we have had there. The servers are always pleasant. On average twice a week we dine in or do take out. Never disappointed. Great job pavilion.
Great Pizza but I WISH THEY WOULD ASK CUSTOMERS IF THEY WANT PIE CUT OR SQUARE CUT!!!! I legit don't want my Pizza anymore because it's cut like I'm going to kids pizza party. It's so annoying ? and you're not expecting it because most places do pie cut. Please ask customers when they order how they want their pizza cut ??
