I went in and was extremely nice to the cashier, at 1:29 PM July 17th it was a Big Mac meal, cashier was extremely rude to me and my friend for no apparent reason, and she left my meal sitting on the counter and I had to open it to see if it was mine, and when she called out for my iced coffee I was getting in the stool and she was like “that’s short people problems” with an attitude. Never again lol they need new staff ASAP coworkers just watched it happen. My friend is disabled treated her like garbage .

Called because they gave me the wrong change! I was told they will call back and never did. When I went there they kept my money and I didn’t realize until I went home! The staffs are very unprofessional. I rather go to the other Bristol McDonald’s than here.

Very disorganized. My boyfriend and I ordered two mobile orders for pickup. First, you can only check in at the location for the order to start getting ready. We went in and they had my order ready. Only chicken nuggets so it was simple I guess. Then they skipped over his order and we stood there waiting while other orders were put together. We witnessed items being dropped on the floor for other orders and being picked up and still used. We waited a half hour.Finally, I spoke up and said he didn’t get his order. The manager put it together and we still had to wait for fries. Then when he gave us our order he was annoyed and didn’t even apologize. This location is a nightmare every time we go, which we try to avoid at all costs. What a shame that this is the kind of service that the company is willing to accept.

So last nite around 9:30 we went into the lobby to order because we like human interaction and not a fan of the drive thru. So we go in to order and the guy manager said you have to order thru the kiosk. We told him that we were paying cash and he says thats not my problem go to a different mcdonalds and he was really rude about it.. I couldnt belive it ive never been treated like that before.. Next time ill just go to burgar king instead!!!

I placed My Order @9:04 Ordered a Happy Meal with Nuggets Xtra fries, 2 Plain Cheeseburgers Only Cheese, a Filet O Fish and 1 Quarter Pounder Sandwich with Cheese Only that Sandwich was for My Husband he's allergic to Mustard and I specified Plain Only and I didn't Get My Order til 9:25pm I work at Cumberland Farms I'm a Regular Customer and the Person who gave me My Food always whenever I Order I wait 20-40 mins for my Food!!! I was so Late to my Job and to find out yall CANT GET A ORDER CORRECT IS SAD. In NYC where I'm from they're Fast Not Slow like Yall!! Too Busy Yapping your Mouth Instead of Working!!! I Need My Money Back for the Quarter Pounder since you Made the Order Wrong n My Hubby can't EAT MUSTARD!!!

My boyfriend grabbed an order, it came out wrong the first time, and the second time as well. Not a biggie on that, however the attitude on the employee was unbelievable. The lady with the pink / brown hair has unbelievably horrible service. I work in the food industry and I could not imagine treating customers like that. Management definitely needs to work on front of house behavior / attitudes.

Yelling through drive through, asked if “we were done yet” after each individual item we asked for. Absolutely retarded

Worst fast food restaurant that I have ever ordered from...Staff are rude and not to mention retarded..stay as far away from this place as you can....

They’ll have you wait in the drive thru waiting to order, just to tell you they’re only accepting mobile and door dash orders. Then you are stuck waiting for the other cars to get out. Oh, and the ice cream machine is usually always broken. Waste of time. 3rd shift is just lazy and understaffed.

It's a nice location, but it's fast food. They keep the place clean though.
